Oil change appointment went as planned and timely as ever. Only thing is I didn’t get a complimentary wash, which I have always gotten in the past. I only noticed as I was walking out to get my Grand Cherokee and the two trucks that “walked up” before me had washes and my Jeep was still the dirtiest vehicle on the lot.

Will only be doing business with dodge! The Bellevue location was amazing. The service and quality of the people there is amazing and very helpful! I wasn’t a dodge guy to start the process and they won me over! Would recommend them again and again!

Vernon Stennis and the whole group over at Edwards was truly amazing! They looked into options for me and I never felt like they were ‘selling’ me anything! They offered advice based on what I was looking for my small business and overall we’re super helpful in helping me find my perfect vehicle!

This is one of the worst places for customer service. We took our truck in for a check engine light( our truck is still under warranty). I was told that it would cost me $150 for the diagnostic test and it may cost me more depending on what is wrong. I stated to the lady that I was under warranty. She stated that it may still cost me. I stated again to her that I was under warranty so it would not cost me anything. She said we will see. Fast forward they order the parts that are needed and we are told we can drop it off either Monday or Tuesday and they will get to it. We drop off the truck Monday night before 6 pm and their doors are already closed. We leave the information in the drop box and leave the truck there. It’s 2:30 pm on Tuesday and we have not heard anything yet. So we call they haven’t even taken the truck back yet, it’s a 3 hour job and they close at 6 pm. I will NEVER take our truck to this location ever again I was contacted and the manager made things better

Ryan was amazing! Very personable and customer service oriented. That is something that is rare in todays day and age. There were a few hiccups along the way with building a new vehicle but he made it all work out in the end!

Huge shout out to TREVOR RATZBURG at EDWARDS BELLEVUE my sales guy who was super nice and honest and very thorough in the process in making sure I got what I wanted. (HARD TO FIND THESE DAYS) Also RJ the sales manager and Josh another Manager were very nice and helpful as well. This place will go the extra mile for you! Important note (They outdid the west O location by pulling the car and giving me the best deal possible.) THANK YOU! I’m EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH MY NEW RIDE!

I have been in 6 times by my count of paper work invoices dating back to 2018 for a coolant leak issue. This last trip is the final one and worst experience out of all my visits. I brought my car in at 8:15 earliest appointment they had. I said, if you will not be done today I will need a loaner. I was told they didn't have many. They still weren't looking at my car at 2pm so I said I'd need a loaner, and was told they didn't have any. I let them hold my car and went to find a rental because I wasn't going to pick it up and then take it back and have them wait til 2pm or whatever again. Late the next business day they finally say it was yet another hose, I'm skeptical because all they've done is replace different hoses and say they can't find anything else. So far 6 trips to this dealer and $1000ish and I still have a coolant leak issue. I also said I needed an oil change. They certainly didn't reset my dash guage or put a new window sticker in, i definitely got charged for it though. Tried to reset dash guage myself and it won't reset to 100%. They won't answer the service department phone in the afternoon, have to call multiple times and then get the operator to patch me to the direct back line. We went in to complain to the service manager one evening after some issues. He was kind and courteous. Reset the oil guage for me and helped explain the issue with the car model and what options there would be. He was absolutely willing to work with us. Revising this some as I was much madder at the time I originally posted. I'm still upset it continued to be an issue for so long, and other customer service problems they had more recently.

I would avoid this place entirely. I purchased my jeep from here in 2017 with a horrible experience, so for the oil changes I stayed loyal to a different dealership. Up until a couple months ago, the check engine light would come on intermittently - they instructed me to take it to the original dealership for an inspection. The Baxter service group came back to me saying it was an "emissions" code and wouldn't do anything about it even though I asked for a thorough inspection. No less than a month later, my transmission went out and the water pump was leaking. Their negligence has led me to finding another place willing to fix my Jeep in a timely manner - they also claimed they had no loaners to give even though I'm a primary parent and need to transport myself to work as well as kids to their daycare. I called the manager Tyler and was given the runaround that they can't pinpoint the code leading up to what has happened. I believe an inspection as previously requested could have answered that. Take your business elsewhere, they really dont care about their customers after the sale.

Went in for a 25 dollar tire rotation. Guys washed and vacuumed car. They didn't charge me anything extra. And the place was kinda busy too. Techs there are always really nice. All that and was still able to get back to work before my lunch break ended.

Don’t answer the phone when calling. Simple oil change took 1 1/2 hour. And no there where not busy vehicle went it bay right away. When I worked on cars 30 min time limit not hour and half Edwards, not any better than Baxter
