The owner of this dealership (Bellevue location) was remarkably rude. I walked in with a preapproved check ready to follow through with a purchase. When I came, Not only did I find out that jeep hadn’t even been inspected or detailed yet despite it being posted for sale last week, but they also refused to lower the price from what was advertised. It was a USED vehicle (that again hadn’t even been inspected yet!). I asked to speak with the owner MULTIPLE TIMES and he completely refused to come from behind his desk, Refused to even speak to me as a human being, no quick courtesy conversation to answer any questions or anything even though he was on the other side of the room and even used a middle man to tell me what he was saying. Very childish and unprofessional. I left. Then they listed the car for a higher price later. Unbelievable. Terrible customer service. All they had to do was come down slightly from the sticker price and I would’ve bought it with no hesitation. I would not recommend going here if you’re searching for a vehicle.

This is a follow up to my last review. I did have a manager call and speak to me about my review. He did make things better. This is one of the worst places for customer service. We took our truck in for a check engine light( our truck is still under warranty). I was told that it would cost me $150 for the diagnostic test and it may cost me more depending on what is wrong. I stated to the lady that I was under warranty. She stated that it may still cost me. I stated again to her that I was under warranty so it would not cost me anything. She said we will see. Fast forward they order the parts that are needed and we are told we can drop it off either Monday or Tuesday and they will get to it. We drop off the truck Monday night before 6 pm and their doors are already closed. We leave the information in the drop box and leave the truck there. It’s 2:30 pm on Tuesday and we have not heard anything yet. So we call they haven’t even taken the truck back yet, it’s a 3 hour job and they close at 6 pm. I will NEVER take our truck to this location ever again

Very impressed with everyone I dealt with at Edwards Bellevue! They went beyond what I was expecting, I was somewhat anxious about purchasing a vehicle without being able to see it because we live so far away, but they were very helpful and honest with what I could expect. Mark Davis helped everything go very smoothly after we got there, detailed and ready to go with a full tank of gas for my trip home. Finance went very well. Gave me good information without being pushy. Highly recommend this business based on my experience!

I went to this dealership for my first car buying experience because they had a truck that I absolutely loved. The salesman was very chill and helpful. I asked all the staff I came across to explain things to me very thoroughly- I did not want to get "taken" as this was all new territory for me. One thing that was NOT explained was that because I was buying a vehicle in a state I did not reside in, I would have to pay the taxes on the vehicle upfront (not lumped in with the loan) once I registered the truck; this was thousands of dollars out of pocket. And this was after I almost had to pay a late fee with the treasurer because they sent the title paperwork to a completely wrong county and it had to be tracked down. Then after a month of having the truck it started acting up. I immediately called them to discuss this issue and also the "service plan" they sold me. One time I spoke to an actual person, and every other time I called I was shipped to a voicemail. I have left 4 voicemails and still have yet to get a call back. The truck is still acting up. I'm extremely disappointed. Clearly this dealership treats you "good" to get the sale and thereafter you're not worth their time.

My experience working with Mark Davis has been refreshing. He goes well above and beyond for his customers. He listens to you he has excellent customer service and very friendly. Mark is very thorough and knowledgeable and he knows his stuff. Mark was never push and he lets you think with no added pressure. I recommend him to everyone!!!

The car buying prices was pretty painless this time. I ordered my vehicle back in August and got it in December - not bad for pandemic supply issues. David was helpful and was able to answer my questions. Financing was also quick and fairly painless.

Our vehicle was in your shop for a month because your dealership does not keep the repair parts on hand. Jose was very helpful and very nice and easy to work with. But with my experience and knowledge of being a trained mechanic, I would be able to relate better with the mechanic that worked on my vehicle and relay the problems of the vehicle to the mechanic better. The significance of information diminishes with each person it Hass to be relayed through. We are very much appreciative for the help from Jose making sure our warranty covered everything. It was somewhat annoying that we had to bring it back a second time, but being a trained mechanic, I do understand that we don’t always get it right the first time.
