I enjoyed my great customer service from Vernon Stennis and my financial representative Tyree Smith was a great in his customer service. I came in need of a a car my old car broke down and it was rewarding, they understood the need and they really worked to get me into something very nice. Great Experience!

I'd like to do a zero star but it won't let me. After purchasing my 3rd Jeep at the Bellevue location I will NOT be returning. My experiences have been great until I had a problem with my soft top. The service department sent my top out of the shop not functioning but told me it was. I'm out $1500.00. They won't honor their warranty of the work they done on it. Also told me it was a flaw in the design and I could take it somewhere else and have them put velcro on it. I have pictures and video of the faulty work and will be following up on this.

Just do not recommend this dealership. Here is a list of employees I communicated with and my experience. Beth - helped me get started with the process online. Very professional and did a great job. When I went to pick up my car from Baxter Bellevue my salesperson was Anthony. Anthony - nice guy and friendly. I just recommend having docs showing the info you are saying so we can keep to reference back to. For ex, info about the jeep wave program. Otherwise, kind & professional. Tyree - He was the finance manager. Here is where my experience went down hill and quickly. After I said no several times to the extended warranty, he got upset and changed his tone. He asked if I had “trust issues” and kept saying rude remarks. He aggressively stated that since I declined that they are not liable for anything and to just sign the iPad. Extremely rude attitude and not professional as a finance manager. I get it…this is how you make your money however, being rude is not going to convince me to get the extended warranty. Change your strategy. In addition, when I got home I realized I received paperwork that belonged to another individual who had recently bought a car. Called the dealership and Tyree said he would email me my paperwork and other docs. No apologizes and took forever and several more phone calls (to the higher manager) to get the papers emailed to me. The process was exhausting and not what I was expecting. Several phone calls and texts from different ppl (not even the ones listed) at the dealership, it was odd. I waited a month for my car to arrive (which was fine) but to get to the dealership and be treated this way was so unfortunate. The higher manager said they would talk to their ppl but honestly they do not change. My friend had a similar experience and so did a coworker. My recommendation for this dealership is to take some lessons from Randy. I met him in person to sign some title information and he was very personable. He listened to my concerns and helped me get my questions answered. Very genuine and so kind.

The staff at Edwards was great! I got the pleasure of working with Collin and he was amazing! He was very good at communicating with me, answering every question I had, and working with through every obstacle we ran into. I would definitely recommend working with him or anyone at Edwards.

Had to take my brand new Jeep Gladiator in 3 times within 45 days of purchase. I spoke with the general manager, who was very helpful as well as the service manager. I have not had any issues since. I received a follow up call to check . Service was good, took a minute but ultimately all good.

I found myself in need of a new, bigger car recently. Maybe you can understand the frustration of trying to put new lawn chairs in the trunk of your car and only fitting three of the four in your supposed SUV. Ryan Anderson, an extremely patient salesperson, commiserated with me, answered my multitude of questions, and helped me find a perfect new actual SUV with a great deal of cargo space that I'm sure can handle any of my future lawn chair and other haiulig needs. Baxter of Bellevue was clean, comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and very service dog friendly. Should I ever decide I need more cargo space for say, a small dinosaur or perhaps a wee elephant, Baxter and Ryan will be my go-to.
