This dealer, and specifically Ana in the sales department, was wonderful to work with. They were very friendly and helpful but not pushy in any way and the price they gave me in the end was very fair compared to other prices I was finding. Ana helped me find the car I wanted with all the exact options that I was struggling to find through multiple other dealers that I tried. They even helped me navigate purchasing the car from out of state. The whole process was smooth and easy. Right now it is not easy to find the exact car you want but you can do it with this dealership helping you.

Edwards has been great so far. On the sales side I walked in with several goals in mind. They were able to get me into a vehicle and check off all my goals with ease. I walked out feeling I excelled and did not settle for a car. On the after sale experience I was having a couple issues. When I dropped my jeep off for a couple after sales items and a manager was not available, Reagan said tell me what is going on. I told her and within 2 days she provided answers and feedback. Everyone I dealt with was good, but Reagan was excellent. She has customer service skills down to a T!!

I had a few minor issues with my initial visit. I spoke with the service manager, Tyler. He was fantastic! He immediately corrected everything. I went from not wanting to take my truck there again to being a continued customer. In my opinion, every place is going to have issues here and there, it's how you correct them that makes a difference to the customer. I really appreciate how well they worked with me and got everything taken care of. I definitely feel comfortable taking my truck there again. Edward's service department is in good hands with Tyler.

Amazing experience!! Ana really went above and beyond! She asked great questions to get an idea of who I am and what I would need. With my arthritis I really need remote start for the winter it seems like a small thing but I need it and she made sure my perfect car had it as well as comfortable seats and all other cool things. I appreciated her being patient with me and didn’t push me to make any fast decisions. Definitely recommending this dealership to my friends and family.

They people are the best. Marco my salesman worked to get me a great deal and get into the car which had everything I wanted. Ed the sales manager is one of the nicest people you will meet and went the extra mile to get me the best deal and discounts that I did not even know that I qualified for.
