Dinos is the worst storage they will pro-rate move in but not move out I'm paying for a whole month of an empty unit cuz I paid early unaware of moving out early and had everything out on the 4th

Quentin is a great employee employee he helped me buy a storage unit and was very nice and informative. From now on I will only be buying units from Dinos because of Quentin!

I've had a storage unit here for over a year with no issues. Today I went in the office to see what moving supplies they have. Athena and Arlen were very helpful... Even directing me elsewhere when they didn't have all the items I was looking for.

Unsecured facility !! The worst part, Dino Storage will not take ownership and responsibility for thefts that occur on their property. You will bear the burden of replacing all your stolen goods yourself. It’s not worth the headache - save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!

My ex was the one who is storing with them but they weren't the friendliest and took forever to get checked in. Why bother making a reservation if it's not available once you get there? Personally due to his ordeal I went elsewhere ...more expensive and further away... when I had to find a 10×20 unit , just to avoid this place again if that gives you an idea.

Phenomenal service from Mike 2 and Athena today. We had a predicament and needed a a bigger unit. They were able to find me exactly what we needed and were extremely great to work with. Will continue to send people their way.

If you have items you need stored this is the location to go to! Just off the highway and near a Walmart Incase you have any extra storage needs. Matt in the office is the man to go to! The units are very affordable and easy to get to. When in the office to get a unit it takes 15 mins or less to finish all the paperwork and the unit is ready to go. This location is open 24 hours with 24/7 video surveillance as well as a gated entrance and exit. It is a quiet location even when there are others there. Everyone in the office is friendly and willing to help with any questions you may have. If you do not have a lock they have them available to buy at affordable prices. Security is very reliable and when entering the gate a 5 digit pin is given and is easy to enter and takes no time to get in and out of the gate.

My Stuff got stolen and they were upset I made a police report instead of going through their insurance directly. Zero security and management takes forever to get back with you on anything! Not worth the hassle.

I am sending out a very firm warning to not rent from this facility or any other Dino’s!!! I was late by two months due to unforeseen circumstances, they charge me $426 for being late two months on a small storage unit and then threaten me if I didn’t pay in a month that they would auction it off. I am a United States Army veteran and served 14 years to our country and I have memorabilia in there that can never be replaced they are very unwilling to work with you at all!!! I’m being serious I would not get a storage unit from here I would find somewhere else!!! also they promised me 24/7 access I tried using my code on the gate after paying up and it would not work I called them multiple times and told them that it was not working and they kept tell me that it was fixed I would go there at night the only time I could go and I was not able to get into my storage unit to clean it out ! It is a very unclean place and not worth renting from. I am warning all military members to stay away from here! The second down in command whatever her name is will not work with you at all she is very rude and does not care about military members!

Arlen was such a huge help this weekend. We had kind of a difficult situation with needing to get my MIL moved quickly from her apartment but do to medical reasons could not be at the storage facility to sign the paperwork. Arlen found solutions to the issues and helped us have a very pleasant experience! Thank you so much for going above and beyond!
