Pretty clean and climate control storage unit. I have a pleasant experience with Dino. Reminder: 1. make sure you ask the staff what kind of lock you need for the storage unit before you sign the lease or you might have to pay for a overpriced lock. 2. Don't miscalculate your rent...or might get late payment fee.

I had a phenomenal experience here at Dino storage! I had great help from a young gentleman named Quentin! So helpful will definitely recommend going here and ask for him!

Liz was great!! Helped me pick out the correct size storage unit for what I needed. Great customer service will definitely suggest this location to others!

Within one week of storing my stuff there, my locker got broken into and they refused to cover anything because I wasn't descriptive enough with my items. Zero security! Terrible customer service in the contract it says all claims would be handled within 30 days and it took over 3 months.

We rented a 10x10 unit to store 2 motorcycles and a couple of bicycles for the winter. Worked perfectly. 24 hours access was very convenient. We overpaid by a month and the main office was very quick to help us straighten that out. We will be back next winter. Great folks to deal with.

Went to my climate controlled unit on the 4th floor this morning. If you consider +15° hotter than it is outside, in June, and air thick enough to cut with a knife "climate controlled", then I guess it is climate controlled. Between the miscommuniccations when first renting the unit, the bursting pipes, the dysfunctional gate keypads and now the fairly HUMID indoor "climate controlled", units it may be time to go somewhere else. Rented a unit at a place at 144th & Harrison 3 years ago. Great service but not 24/7 access. Bit far out from Bellevue but maybe worth it

VERY LIMITED BUSINESS HOURS, NO AFTER HOURS NUMBER TO RESOLVE ISSUES, I WAS LOCKED OUT AND GIVEN NO NOTICE WHICH COST ME HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS! I was locked out of my unit when I went to move in and NO NOTICE of this was given to me which is an EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL LACK OF COMMUNICATION. I rented a unit 2 weeks prior to moving in because I would be moving in after hours on a Saturday and that was the last time I would be in Bellevue prior to moving. I didn't mind paying for the time of non-use because I trusted the company, big mistake! When I made my initial payment I miscalculated the cents and this resulted in a 7 CENT deficit on my account. I showed up after-hours on a Saturday (I had given that info and the date I would be moving in to the manager when I rented the unit) only to find that my code did not work!!! There is NO AFTER HOURS PHONE NUMBER so I had to FORFEIT MOVERS FEES AND scramble to rent my moving truck longer. I ultimately decided to go to a different company because I could not afford to rent the truck until Monday, their next day with on duty staff. Even then it states in my contract and on their website it can take an additional 24-48 hours to resolve problems!!! I went in Monday to pull my lock off my unit and talk to the manager. He admitted NO NOTICE was sent to me about my lock-out! I was told I "might" be able to get a refund since I went to another company, but that never materialized. I replied to a generic "move out e-mail" from the president of the company expressing my frustrations and never heard back. If I could I would give this company ZERO STARS.

We recently rented a climate controlled unit and so far everything has been great. We usually work with Will when we call or stop by and he's always very friendly and professional. I was first impressed at our initial conversation when I called to inquire about a quote for a storage unit. He wasn't pushy or deceptive and didn't try to overly "sell" the unit but was very open and honest which is one of the reasons why we chose to rent there. He explained what they had to offer and the prices. Having the option to sign out their onsite truck has also been very helpful. We may pay a little more but it more than evens out if we had to rent a truck each time we needed to move our property. So, so far its been a great experience. The storage area is very nice and clean and there are carts available to help transport items to the storage unit. The security is nice too. A pin is required to access the entry gate and storage unit building. They recommend special round/circular locks which fit perfectly in their units. You can either purchase onsite or at a hardware store.

HORRIBLE !!!!! THEFT!!!!!! There is ZERO security (so they say) No cameras inside, my mom’s storage was broken into last weekend. When we found out there was a string of robberies we called to confirm everything was ok and was assured it was. We go check and sure enough our wedding gifts were stolen. And the lock WASN’T BROKEN!!! The lady up front acted rude and indifferent. Horrible customer service. A horrible place to trust with your items.

This pure hearted gentleman named Quentin or Quebert helped me to my storage unit, and was super friendly and had a long conversation with me about my life. Which in fact reminded me about a good friend of mine who you might know was The Big Show, who is a WWE superstar who was seven time world champion. But anyways Quentin or Quebert was a super nice guy and overall and great employee.
