Dino's Storage

Went there on a Saturday to get a new storage unit. The guy there, Josh, said he was too busy to help me. That I needed to come back Monday for assistance. He said he has to do his red locks, put locks on people's storage units that haven't paid. So I guess locking up storage units that people haven't paid their bill, presumably so that the contents can be sold and more money can be made will take priority over a new customer in need of a unit. It was an awful first experience and I will be storing my things elsewhere.

Liz and her team in Bellevue have been wonderful to me. Very personable and willing to help with whatever I needed. I was given a truck to move in and am getting it to move back out. The prices are extremely reasonable too. I would not choose any other storage place for what I need. She is very professional and very quick to respond when I reach out. Great customer service.

Liz was wonderful and made everything so easy, she was kind and communicative. She went above and beyond for me. She truly makes us customers feel like we matter. Looking forward to doing more business with her in the future.

I have been using Dinos for over 10 year now. My treasures (hubby calls it junk) that I inherited are in a safe clean environment. There was a hiccup when they switched security, but no big deal. Prices are so reasonable and when an increase has occurred I am notified by email a month in advance. On one unit they have only gone up $10 in 10 years. The employees are so helpful and kind. I will not look anywhere else.

Elizabeth was a great help when I came in on the weekend to move stuff into our unit for the first time. We were told we would have access to the unit but upon arrival we located the unit and it was locked. Elizabeth took time out of her own day off to drive to Dino’s and assist in unlocking the door. Her customer service and people skills are very professional and I am more than happy I chose Dino’s to store my belongings.

Despite some lack of communication about their new security features I was able to move my belongings out of the unit in a timely manner. Liz was very helpful and understanding with the process of short notice move ins and move outs. I will be back!

Being new to the area I was skeptical as to where I wanted to store my belongings. Elizabeth made me feel welcome as soon I got to Dino’s! She was very informative and answered all my questions. She delivered excellent customer service. Very happy customer!

Security gate has been down since at least August 9th. No ETA on repair. Never have I seen a place with so many issues. Just spoke to front office and they said hopefully the gate will be working by the end of the month, then laughed as in, not likely. Glad to be paying extra for less service.

Rented a climate controlled unit for a year. When I went to move out, there were mouse droppings all over my things. We had to throw away boxes, mattresses and box springs, granddaughters toys. I called the office and they told me to email them with pics. I emailed 4 times with no reply. I turned them into Better Business Bureau and they didn’t respond to them, either.

Thanks Liz you were a great help today and the way you worked with a difficult customer who was ahead of me was wonderful. Patient, kind, calm while the customer was not any of these. Great work Liz! Great facility.
