Dino's Storage

Few months ago this place had a string of break-ins. To further expand on the situation the facilities lack of security allowed approx 8 storage units to fall victim to someone having time to enter the facility using a poorly guarded entry code, to cut the locks provided by the facility clean off, to clear out the valuables from these units all while remaining unseen by the facilities poorly placed cameras. I suggest if anyone cares for their valuables find a place that doesn’t NEGLECT the importance of security and actually goes above doing the bare minimum so they won’t be held liable.

They have been amazing to rent a storage unit from.... Athena was great when I was on the way to work and needed to pick up some boxes to finish packing for my BIG move! Quick, polite, and personable.... Excellent skill set! Moving truck is coming tomorrow, and it's going to be loaded down with Doni's storage boxes

I had a wonderful experience when I went into Dinos storage .... the staff member Liz Roberts was VERY helpful and knowledgeable....she answered all of my questions.

Called in for a price quote and talked to a gentlemen named Quentin, excellent customer service and helped make my decision on where to store my belongings. Will definitely make sure to refer friends and family

Everything went smoothly and it seemed like it was a good business. We thought everything was taken care of when we finished using this place. Renters beware! FOUR YEARS later I got an email with a bill saying final notice, if I don’t pay in a week it will go to collections. My email has never changed so this final notice was the first notice. The bill was for things we paid up front like the lock fee and state taxes. They refused to do anything about it and required I pay it or it go to collections. Anyone that finished renting from this place, I advise to keep all receipts literally till the end of time because they will come for your money no matter how long it’s been since you’ve discontinued their “service”.

I have been here for 15 plus years. They continue to raise my storage rental with no indication what so ever. I find out when I get there, which I have a red lock on my unit, and only for $1 or $2 dollars that wasn't paid because I didn't know they once again raised the monthly price. The customer is always in the wrong when you call customer service, as they don't seem to care at all once you sign that contract. :(

The were awesome! Athena & the rest of the staff were very friendly & helpful. They had a perfect climate controlled storage unit that met our needs & even offered a complimentary moving truck to help us transport the items from our home. Great experience & highly recommended.

I LOVE DINO'S!!! Yesterday afternoon I went to my storage unit to add a couple of things. The sliding glass door at the entrance of my building wasn't working. A young man named Mike, (who was parking a facility vehicle) stopped what he was doing to help me. He literally took a side door off the hinges to gain access to the building, so he could let me in. Now that's taking ROCKSTAR customer service off the charts!!! Your help was GREATLY appreciated!

Excellent experience been searching all over NE for a climate controlled storage unit not only are they very spacious the employees are great. Gentleman named Quentin knew exactly what to say and was very helpful finding the right space for me as well as working with my budget 5 out of 5 starts for me!!!
