We had our room confirmed from Friday to Sunday. During this time we were without fresh towels, the garbage was not emptied, and the Kuerig coffee pods were not provided. We emptied our trash bags in the bigger garbage cans located in the hall way and contacted the front desk for towels and coffee. A breakfast buffet was provided for $11.00 per plate. It consisted of scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, sausage links and patties. Coffee and a some orange juice was provided too. Needless to say, it was not worth the money. The food provided in the buffet was not provided through the time alloted for the buffet and some attendees ended up going elsewhere due to no food being available. The signboard stated lunch of a sandwich was also available yet the Bistro was closed at that time. We were attending a formal function. Taking place both on Friday and Saturday. We were charged different prices by the bartenders at the different bars both nights. Our bar costs were in excess of $140.00 during our stay. Waitresses were offering jello shots both evenings for $3.00. There were at least four servers each night offering trays of shots. The overlap of staff offering jello shots was intrusive to the point conversations were being interrupted. Extremely rude. Supper was part of the venue. It was a buffet line with salad, vegetables and two meats. We waited in line for the lettuce for the salad, mashed potatoes, the pork and the chicken from the menu. We waited for approximately 10 minutes, in line, for the food to be refilled. Once supper was concluded, we were to have a dance. The opening of the doors for the dance were 25 minute's delayed. Although the DJ, provided by our group, was set up and ready - our group was waiting for those 25 minutes in the exterior hallway. Once our group, consisting of 368 attendees, were in the ballroom, the temperature was not regulated. Being in formal wear, it was uncomfortably warm. We were informed that doors were going to be opened to help with air flow. Not one door was opened. To accommodate the smokers in our group, the patio closest to the ballroom was to be available. It was not. The smoking area was reserved to the front of the hotel . Not only an eye sore for the hotel, but the walk from the ballroom to the front of the hotel was lengthy. Our group provided clean up after each night of festivities - saving the staff the hassle. I would not recommend this hotel for any large group function. The upper level management was not on site for the weekend leaving junior staff members without knowledge as to how to handle a large crowd. The basic housekeeping tasks were not fulfilled. For the cost of our rooms we would hope to have coffee, towels, and empty trash receptacles.

Great location with lots of services very close. The rooms are big and nicely furnished. Great amenities like fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. Room was very clean. Bed was really comfy. Great pool and hot tub. Reasonable rates. I would definitely stay here again.

I've been at this location for couple times as DJ for events at the event center at the hotel and staff provides good service.

The room was fine, we had a two maybe three seat couch which was nice. Room was clean and bed comfortable. We stayed a few days. The mini fridge was just that, mini. The location was great. Nice bike path located behind the hotel, and rental bikes available. Good workout facility and nice pool. Good location to other restaurants.

My family had to come in town for a funeral. And even though the hotel was busy we had great service. Josh at the front counter and Jamie who worked the breakfast bar were fantastic. I definitely recommend this place to stay when you're in town. We will surely be back

If you are handicapped and need to flush the toilet more than once, stay at another hotel. I stayed here with my elderly parents over the weekend. We pre-paid for a handicapped room. When we checked into the room, I used the restroom and flushed the toilet. No water. I lifted the lid to the tank and there was no water in it. I contacted the front desk and he said he would “try” to fix it. I asked if we could be moved to another room if he couldn’t and he said they had nothing else. We left the room and the hotel for awhile, and came back. I was hopeful that the toilet would be fixed and it wasn’t. Thankfully, I know a little about toilets and so I tapped the fill valve and the water filled the tank. We stayed three nights and the toilet worked intermittently. Wow, I wonder if someone in a wheelchair would have been able to lift the lid to get the toilet to flush? Maybe they should have just not used the bathroom at all? Hotel manager, if you are reading this, here’s what you need to do in the future: if you’re maintenance person is not available, you owe it to a paying guest to call a plumber. Weekend or not, it shouldn’t matter. Call a plumber. We wouldn’t have booked a handicapped room if we didn’t need one. Also, there were a grand total of 2 carts to use for a hotel this size and people hoard them. The solution, provide more carts! Then there was the drape pull that fell off and the trash cans that were always full. My gosh, was this a Motel 6 that had the wrong name on the building?

Advertises a bar/bistro. No seats at the bar and no table service. We had to ask other diners how to order. They said go in the kitchen and get her. What?! So we did. Check in person was not at the desk and finally appeared after I said "Hello?" 3x. She was not friendly. Nice rooms, though. I will not stay here again.
