Courtyard by Marriott Omaha Bellevue at Beardmore Event Center

New hotel and reasonably priced. Front desk crew friendly, warm, and professional. Water available at front with fruit for quick refills. Starbucks inside and my favorite. Rooms clean, fresh and SUPER COMFY beds. Fridge in room, shower is nice and stocked with shampoo, cream rinse, body wash and lotion. Safe area with plenty parking. I highly recommend.

Rude service! They got the dates wrong on my pre-booked reservation! I was charged way too much. I have been trying to get my bill fixed for months. Marriott company is no help. They have no clue what they are doing at the customer help line.

This place is clean and nice. They are currently not doing daily room service, but if you need anything just ask the front desk. My only main problem is that the shower doesn't have a full closure so the water kind of gets everywhere.

My husband and I stayed the night and yes it’s a very beautiful hotel rooms are nice and the pool is too. The customer service is unacceptable. They told us they would waive the pet fee due to my dog being an esa but charged $50 extra to my card. We asked them why did they do this and the assistant manager got loud with us called my husband the n word and was extremely disrespectful. We will not be staying at another Marriott hotel if employees are going to be this way.

Excellent property. Almost eerily quiet, and the curtains made the room blackout dark. Such a comfortable mattress, too. Employees were friendly and helpful, which I always appreciate when checking in late.

My overall stay was less than okay. It was overall just a disappointment. The food at the restaurant was awful. I got a salad, just a plan Caesar, and it was soggy. I had some really early shifts at 6am and coffee isn't even served until 6:30. Most hotels I've stayed in have coffee out at 5am. A minor inconvenience certainly, would have been nice to see that on the web at least. The fire alarm went off at like 3am, it was outside the control of the hotel because someone was likely smoking in their room, but it just added to our disappointment. Upon leaving my coworker found a bed bug in her bed. I won't be booking her in the future. And I feel bad too because it was my suggestion that we book this hotel in the first place. And my coworker is busy this morning scorching her clothes in a cleaners.

We had reservations at different hotel that did not work well for us due to handicap needs. We came to this hotel later in the evening needing 2 rooms including an ADA room with a roll in show for my husband in a wheelchair. Tasha was absolutley fabulous and found 2 perfect rooms for us for 3 nights. Her personality and willingness to help was amazing. She made our life so much easier. The rooms were very nice and the whole hotel was nice and clean. The staff was all great. If I am in Nashville again I will definetely stay there!

Great location, front desk staff was super friendly. Got us checked in quickly. The room was clean, great large shower, good size TV with good selection. Super comfy bed and lots of areas to charge electronics.

The overall experience was great. The rooms were clean and well prepared prior to arrival. The gym is very small with a single treadmill, elliptical, bike and a few weights. The pool seems to be under renovation when I was there. The service was excellent and staff were professional and helpful. The hotel is also located within walking distance to Target and a mm movie theater.
