Update: Came back because my previous stay was a decent experience, stayed for a few weeks, went home on the weekends returned on Sundays. Seemed ok until there was a wedding booked, they made us (I had 2 rooms) leave and when I asked if they could accommodate us for the one night they said no. So we left, and the following week we returned to a similar situation where we are being rolled again (2 rooms), no apologies, no trying to help, just go. Taylor is an absolute nightmare of a human being and I hope for the future of the hotel she is replaced, if not I expect to see more negative reviews, when I leave this time I will not stay again and I have been here on and off for the last 10 months.

I stayed at this hotel for a total of 10 nights. On one the the nights, early in the morning at 6am. Someone walked into my room. I told management and they told me it could have been a night auditor. Management did apologize but could not offer me any details about it. Management did nothing about this. We were just here, not happy...not enough staff on hand...must have been a kid's tournament going on as well...parents partying and kid's running all over the hotel,no supervision loud past pm..next morning trash cans overflowing, empty alcohol bottles and cans all over the main lobby,and trash....I guess it's acceptable now for guests to disrespect other guests trying to relax and sleep...I honestly hope this is not the standard of your hotels...could have stayed at a motel 6 and got a better night's sleep! And half the cost...

The hotel was easy to find and the rooms were great 👍 the only complaint my fiancé and I had was being double charged for a room. We booked through priceline and while checking in the young lady at the front desk mistakenly charged the card again, granted she was very apologetic & brand new.. but being brand new and just left on her own was very disappointing, there was no manager available to help or call (this was the same story the next day) the only thing she could offer was thst it would take 7-10 business days to have the money put back onto the card we used. As we were on a trip for business & being small business owners this greatly put a dent in our trip & hindered our ability to get a room the next few nights.

Overall a fine stay. Decently clean, quiet at night, items were available if you wanted to ask or trek to the desk ourselves. Room was laid out nicely, generally appealing, bedding was nice and clean, pool was ok, so was hot tub & fitness room, nice view, nice outdoor seating areas including a lovely public walking track below. Staff was generally friendly. I was disappointed I had made our reservation months out for adjoining rooms, was not told in reserving by the nationwide 800 number or the actual desk clerk of this hotel, which I talked to the next day after reserving about rates, not being able to get adjoining rooms was never addressed. When we arrived we were told we could not have the adjoining rooms I reserved/expected, conversation indicated that other customers had chosen to stay longer and were in those adjoining rooms. Ok, well to me you would move them if they chose to stay AFTER their reserved times, as I reserved that type of room for my days. Instead I had to take two rooms, four doors apart, which had not been our family's plan. I was disappointed in my reserving, as it did not reserve (wasn't this a Seinfeld rental car episode?). I did express my frustration and I seemed to have gotten a price break on one room for both days, the other room was full price both days. It didn't matter at that point, as we needed a place to stay for what we had came for. Just think the folks in the room we reserved should have been moved if they were there past their reserved days. Some type of complimentary breakfast would have been great. Overall stay was ok.
