Courtyard by Marriott Omaha Bellevue at Beardmore Event Center

This is my first time staying in a Marriott hotel. I'm definitely a new fan! Our room is very spacious. Bed is comfortable. Staff have been wonderful. I am a travel nurse here on assignment, my husband and dog travel with me. My husband is in a wheelchair and the staff have been very accommodating, made sure he could maneuver in room and bathroom. Pool area is clean, hot tub is awwwwesome. Both are handicap accessible. Nice guest laundry room, and gym. I will be definitely checking out Marriot options for my future assignments!

I was recently there for an event. When I arrived and checked in the staff was friendly and welcoming of me and our group even having decorations supporting our group at the front desk. The problem comes during the event and after. During the event they had a few drink stations set up for us. Depending on what drink station you went to depended on how much you were charged and what size glass you were given. They were also supposed to have water stations set up for us they did not, instead had limited bottles of water and charged two dollars a bottle. After our event was over in the coming days they decided to trash our group and say that if they would of known what kind of group we were they wouldn't of let us in. They knew fully what kinda of group we were and even did research on our group before owing us having our event. Our event was a black tie event and we were the respectable group that we said we were. Even some of the staff said that it was nice to have a group like our there that was so nice and friendly, instead of other groups that they've had where police had to be called. In the end I would just say I wouldn't recommend anyone to have an event at any Marriott if this is they way they treat there customers.

My wife and and our boys stayed at the hotel August 19th through the 20th we ordered traditional wings and they gave my wife spicy wings and they were cold when served. The chef never checked on us to see if everything was ok and was talking on his cell phone the entire time. Then for breakfast they were understaffed. Some of the products were expired by three months.

Room was dirty upon arrival. Also had strange knocking sound coming from wall through the late night that was too loud to sleep through. Front desk gent was great, though.

This hotel is just out of major traffic areas so it is peaceful. Always well maintained. The rooms are fantastic with a nice desk, seating area, microwave, fridge, Keurig. I always enjoy staying here when I am in the area. As a bonus, in good weather, there is a movie theatre within walking distance. Very fun to have so close by.

Stay was great. Clean. Well kept. Staff was great. Our bartender was fantastic. Marriott status is recognized

The point of a hotel is convenience and this hotel failed to be convenient. Bistro hours were not posted anywhere on the menu in the hotel room. Turns out they close at 10am, yet online it says 6:30am to 10pm. Even though breakfast is over coffee or drinks should still be an option. There also wasn't anyone at the front desk and the checkout process seems lazy (aka just drop off your cards here). For $130+ a night... I would assume the service would be better.
