The haircut I had today was a disaster! The gal cut one side super short & the other side the right length then asks if the right length was right😡 Too late when you butchered the other side! Have to even them up. So this is definitely NOT chin length & I'm glad I didn't pay for this messup. I was cringing every time she cut more on the short side. I had all I could do to keep from helping leave that side alone! No shorter.

I love my haircut and highlighting session with Akue. My hair looks and feels wonderful, like never before. Also thanks to Momena for assisting. Akue and Momena are very talented and so kind. I'll be back!

Arinn gave me a low light and haircut . my hair in the back is salt and pepper and the Front is white. she was able to pick out three different colors and match the back of my hair I was very pleased with her and will use her next time I’m in she is very good.

I was really upset after my visit today. The stylist I saw tonight was nice, but wasn't happy with the visit. I have naturally curly hair and she started off by yanking a comb through it. I showed my picture and all that was said was we won't be able to get it that blonde, but it will be a caramel. I was fine with that. I get that when you show a picture its not going to look exactly like the photo, but what I got isn't even close. After she was done I was told a balayage isn't suppose to be on the top layer of hair and more hidden. There was no red put in. When I asked for layers she stated she would just do hidden ones. I was asked to take my glasses off during the majority of the appointment so couldn't really see what was being done. Plus, I'm not a stylist, I'm going to trust they know what they are doing. After everything, she left a bunch of color on my face and I just wanted to get home. At the beginning, she asked if she could take an after picture, but she knew it didn't look good and ended up not taking the photo. Just very upsetting, spend $100 and don't even get close to what you wanted. I've come here a few times, and haven't been this disappointed.

Abby S. colored and highlighted my hair and it looked amazing. My regular hairdresser is on maternity leave and I feel like Abby got the same results at half the price!

My experience was terrible! I went to get a Brazilian blowout for my curly hair. It took many hours, which is understandable. It's typically a long process. But the workers are students and are supposed to be overviewed by a teacher, and NO ONE WAS THERE TO WATCH HER! My hair was kind of nice at first, but when it went back to curly, I realised ONE SIDE OF MY HAIR HAD BEEN CUT SHORTER THAN THE OTHER and my HAIR WAS MORE DAMAGED THAN EVER! My mom WASTED ALL THAT MONEY JUST FOR MY HAIR TO GET STRAIGHTENED AND CUT LOPSIDED! I will never go there again.

Have had 3 appointments with Maddie A. at Xenon so far. Maddie has done a excellent job on my hair every time! I’ve had haircuts, lowlight & highlights done. She really took the time to listen and make sure to give me what I wanted! I will definitely keep seeing her, as her attention to detail is the best! Shortly after her turning me much blonder, I decided to go darker/ashy. Just what I wanted!

Went in for a lash lift and tint, and it was just meh. I probably should have left when the girl said their rods weren't the best. The tint took nicely, but I got no noticeable lift from the procedure. Like my lashes are just as straight as before, if not more noticeably so because of the tint. That's probably on me, I shouldn't have expected big results but I was hoping for at least something. The girl who did them was very nice and friendly though, and I only wasted $50. I wouldn't come back for any cosmetic procedures, but I might try out a haircut someday.
