Worst haircut ever! It’s at least 5-6 inches shorter than was discussed. Plus a cut and color took 3.5 hours from a student who is supposed to graduate in a few short weeks. I understand these are students but this wasn’t a student just starting out. Not sure the price is worth letting students practice on me any longer. My hair grows so slow I won’t need another haircut for a year!

I presented Xenon with a little bit of a challenge. The length of my hair was a faded brassy green color which isn't an easy hue to get rid of. I think they did a good job for just the one visit so far to correct the color. The staff I met was also very friendly. I would/will definitely recommend Xenon Academy. You will want to plan to stay several hours so come prepared.

I had been coming here for years, I just recently moved from Omaha to Kansas City. I accidentally left a 50 dollar bill on the counter and came in 5 minutes later asking if anyone had seen it, and nobody was willing to help me. I tried coming back later that evening to speak to a manager and the lady up front who was no help earlier in the day “wrote my name and number down” and then said they would call me back the very next day. It’s been a week and I still haven’t heard from them, 99% sure the cashier stole my money and promised she would speak to a manager and then never did.

Best place to get your hair done I go often and I always ask to get my hair done with Ilene Q she's so sweet and does a great job I definitely recommend her .

I go to Xenon for all my facials!! The students that I have had so far have always been so kind, and they make my time there relaxing!! Also, the prices offered there are very affordable and there are always deals on the services they provide!! I will definitely be coming back soon!!

Kayla E did a wonderful job! She did what I asked as far as cutting length and making my very thin hair appear more full. She was gentle, friendly, and cared about my satisfaction. I recommend her, and I will be requesting her from now on.

Tried out the makeup session and had a fantastic experience with Mandy. She was professional, personal and fun! Asked me questions to help get an idea of my expectations. Also gave other suggestions of what services are offered at Xenon which I’ll check out too. Keep up the great work Mandy!! Will be back soon!

Amber E. Highlighted my hair and put Aquatic Pulp Riot over the blonde. She also gave me a Shadow Root with nightfall. She achieved the Aurora Borealis affect I was going for. My hair turned out BEAUTIFUL. Thank you so much for your hard work. I love it.
