Willow Dental

I took a half a day off of work and I scheduled my daughter for an appointment right after mine. As soon as we got there, the lady at the front desk was rude and cussing in the back while I had my 4 year old there with me. I get that we are going through some weird times with the COVID and I was mildly upset, but understanding as to why our appointment was cancelled (my daughter had a slight cough she woke up with that day). However, customer service goes a long way and after reading some of these reviews and experiencing it for myself m, I recommend they higher a new person to operate the front desk before I go back.

Visited DeFord Family Dental for the first time. Loved it, staff treated me with kindness and respect. They were able to see me almost immediately after arriving. I requested an appointment online and they were helpful in getting me the correct paper work and obtaining the ex rays needed from my previous dentist so I did not have to pay a second time. I will countinue to use DeFord Family Dental for future dental visits.

Had my first appt at Deford family dental. The environment was soothing and relaxing, very friendly staff and pleasent appt.

My family has been going to DeFord Dental for 6+ years. Kathy is a great dentist and her staff is awesome too. Her office is very clean, organized and up to date. I rarely have to wait more than a couple minutes to be seen. They’re ready for me when I get there! I would highly recommend Dr DeFord for both adults and kids!

This was the first time I actually felt calm at a dental visit. Allie took the time to explain what she was doing as she was cleaning my teeth, and truly seems to enjoy her job. Dr. DeFord was also very nice and calm and prompt with the visit. The whole staff has taken precautions due to COVID, and were very welcoming.

I am so happy with my experience so far at DeFord Family Dental. The staff is friendly, they made me feel so comfortable, the Doctor and everyone I have seen have been wonderful, explaining the process without making me feel awkward of self conscious. I’m excited to have found them and trust my dental care in their hands.

Dr. DeFord is highly skilled at her craft, and is kind and a good communicator. Same goes for the assistants. And Max (the dog) laying at my feet in the chair keeps me more calm than anyone should reasonably be at the dentist.

I came to Dr DeFord several years ago after bad experiences at a different practice. It is a pleasure going to the dentist each time now. Wonderful, friendly and professional service. Brandy is my hygienist and does a fantastic job ... gentle and thorough! Unlike in the past, I never feel as if I have been mauled after a basic teeth cleaning. Kathy DeFord is a sincere, amazing and caring dentist. She is truly an example for her profession. Highly recommended dental practice!
