I love Dr. DeFord and her staff. They are so kind, and if any sort of procedure aside from regular cleaning needs done, Dr. DeFord does a great job of explaining things - especially for kids! My only reason for not giving a 5 star review is we did have to be referred to a pediatric dentist for a filling rather than just stay with her, but otherwise the experiences have been great. And we LOVE Max!

I just had my first visit with Dr. DeFord. Friendly staff and very pleasant office! Brandy was my hygienist. She is very warm and professional. She was attentive to the fact that I had some tender areas. After my cleaning, I experienced no discomfort at all, which is not what I have experienced with previous dental cleanings. Dr. DeFord was wonderful. She took time to listen to my concerns, and I did not feel pressured into having additional dental procedures. I have full confidence in Dr. DeFord and her staff and highly recommend her!

All of the staff at DeFord are so friendly and welcoming, they really put you at ease from the very start. Especially helpful when you have any dental anxiety or have had bad past experiences with dentists. 12/10 would recommend to anyone looking for kinder, more gentle dental care. Plus their office mascot, Max, is super cute, sweet, and hypoallergenic! He sat in my lap for a while during my last visit when they started work on my cavities. He didn't stay the whole time, but I was glad to have him when they gave me the numbing shots. Honestly, the only downside to this office is that they're closed Friday through Sunday. For me it's totally worth it to have a dental care team I trust and that makes me feel comfortable.

They are always so nice and understanding. I have been a really hard patient to work on and they do amazing!!

I was able to get in quickly for a possible tooth abscess and it's not the first time this office has gotten me in quickly when needed. The hygienist doing the xrays was careful and kind. Dr. Deford always patiently listens and does her best to assess the problem without making the patient feel silly. The receptionist has always been very kind and helpful. I know she has a busy job other than receiving patients. I would highly recommend Deford Family Dental.

Went to DeFord based on the recommendations I've read about and I couldn't be more pleased. From start to finish everyone who assisted me was pleasant and professional. They were great about explaining every step of the work they were doing and always checking to make sure everything was done comfortably. Having been someone who shied away from dental work due to past experiences this was a complete game changer and wonderful experience.

This was my second visit at Willow Dental. I have been very pleased with the service and products. Doctor Dawson and his staff have been professional, caring, and personable. If you want a good experience at the dentist, please make an appointment with Willow Dental.

This dental clinic violates the NO SURPRISE ACT BILL, this clinic is a scam, do sneeky charges !!! they don't tell you the price of what they will do before hand because for them that's normal ethical way of doing business , ASK them before hand how much they will charge, be carful with this clinic , They don't care telling you the price because for them you are not paying they just charge the insurance company and THATS OK !! I have put in a complaint through the attorney general and the department of health so that this clinic be investigated for their unethical way of doing business and putting in charges through the insurance company without consent.

I don't think I can say enough about Dr. DeFord or the amazing people working in her clinic. I was treated with such kindness and such respect throughout the process - I have had many bad experiences with dentists in the past and it has left me with a phobia that's kept me from taking proper care of my teeth. When I visited today with a broken tooth I was so embarrassed at the state of my teeth, but Dr. DeFord and staff were so kind and understanding. I have a treatment plan now and feel super confident that I'll have excellent experiences in the future. Thank you, Dr. DeFord and staff!
