Very professional. Took my oral care seriously and answered all my questions. The office is clean and well maintained.

Dr. Deford and all the staff are excellent. I had Brandy today as a dental hygienist who was also fabulous! They are quick, kind and very helpful. Would recommend 10/10 every time. I have always had a 5 star visit with them.

Such good people work here! The dentist is such a sweet soft spoken woman. She told me what she thought about my tooth so that I really didn’t need it pulled! Very happy I didn’t have to go down that road! I also had a pin hole in my veneer from another doctor and she fixed it. I will be coming back from Cedar Rapids to see her again when needed.

Dr. DeFord and her staff are very welcoming and professional. Dr. DeFord is extremely competent and compassionate in the way she provides dental care. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else! And of course, Max the dental support dog is amazing as well!

I came into Dr.DeFord’s office not knowing what to expect. I’ve had my fair share of bad dental experiences. Immediately, upon arriving, I was greeted with a very kind receptionist. Once it was my turn, Marnie not only made me feel at ease, expertly cleaned my teeth, gave me very good insight into some dental questions, but actually made me forget I was even at the dental office. Yes, I actually enjoyed my cleaning. Dr. Mullins was very kind and extremely knowledgeable. She took her time to answer any question and listened to everything I had to say. I actually look forward to my next visit. Some things that stood out - They did my x-rays in my actual room. I didn’t have to walk and roam. They had a tv to watch, which was pleasing to have in the background. If you’re terrified of dentists, had a bad dental experience, or just want to go somewhere that you feel respected - go here. I can’t recommend them enough.

Got into the chair fairly quick. But the wait after was like an hour. Other than that, staff is friendly, doctor was great, and a generally positive experience :-)

I really enjoy coming here for my dental services. My husband and I just started receiving care from Dr. DeFord and her team last winter, and they are super nice and kind to my husband who has had traumatic dentist experiences in the past. We love how they inform us and educate us with all of our dental needs, scheduling is easy, service is fast and individualized! The ladies at the front as also super nice and we finally met the cut office dog, Max at our last visit! I like the new addition of Dr. Mullins because she brings the invisalign experience with her, I'm going to star the process soon so I'm super excited! We will continue to come here as a family and recommend others.

Dr. Dawson is always great and everyone in the office is always so nice. I really appreciate them all!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. DeFord for quite a few years now, and I would 100% recommend her office for your dental needs. She and her staff are always so kind. She doesn't do unnecessary work and is always willing to listen to any questions or concerns.

My whole family loves going to Deford Dentistry here. The hygienists are very gentle and considerate. It was my four year old’s first visit and he is already excited for his next visit. The ladies at the front desk are really, really nice and try to be accommodating as well. I had to cancel last minute due to a car accident and they were so understanding and even managed to get us in sooner than we expected for our make-up appts. I also feel like the dentist really takes the time to listen, which is so rare these days. I would definitely recommend them!
