Not the best, but certainly not the worst. The vet techs and the team were superb! However the vet that took care of my 10 year old dog had a somewhat condescending tone and completely disregarded the history I gave him when it come to her anxiety. After sending in her records from her long time vet showing what works for her, and after two emails and then a phone call, I was finally able to get the RX my aging dog so desperately needed. After picking up the RX tonight, I’ll be transferring hers and my puppy’s care to The Gentle Doctor.

Absolutely everything about my experience with this clinic was amazing. The girls at reception were kind and understanding, the veterinary assistant was knowledgeable and so sweet with my cat it made me feel very comfortable. And the veterinarian was able to make it quick and efficient diagnosis while still trying to work within my budget for what was needed to treat my cat. I am so impressed and would recommend them to absolutely anybody!

We have been going here for over a year since our pup was 9 weeks old and I cannot say enough great things about this office! I will never go anywhere else. The doctors and staff are so caring, friendly and knowledgeable. The first time we came in was in an emergency. I was scared and they made the whole process smooth and reassuring. The doctors even sit on the floor to examine your furbaby to make them feel more comfortable! They were so incredible that we immediately established care there! The front desk staff is kind, the techs always show compassion and the doctors (we have seen 2) are amazing! They always make sure your questions are answered and have wonderful puppy/adult/senior dog plans that are affordable and cover nearly everything! Highly highly recommend to everyone!

The vets & support staff are wonderful. They have pets of their own & it shows. We have been going to this location for 12+ years and never think about going anywhere else, unless they suggest it. They have helped us to welcome new fur babies into our home & maintain their health. They have also helped us to say good-bye for now with the greatest compassion. They offer payment options via Care Credit & have a Care Club. If you're looking for a trust worthy vet office, I highly recommend this office.

Called three and a half hours before they closed on a Saturday cause our normal VCA closed at 1pm today to see if they can squeeze my dog in to be seen for a rash that has been making her uncomfortable The lady I talked too was SO RUDE and said they’re too busy and to take my dog to the emergency hospital. Very considerate and helpful to do absolutely nothing and when I voiced concern I didn’t feel it’s emergent (I work in a human emergency department so can understand the frustration of non emergency cases taking resources) She then said there’s nothing they can do for us. Didn’t even try and ask the vet techs or doctors. Will happily never inquire or recommend this clinic again

Everyone is always super friendly and great at what they do. They're always very accommodating to my pets individual (and sometimes sassy) needs which I fully appreciate. I have an orange tabby that vehemently opposes anyone getting near him that isn't me and they handle him very well in spite of this challenge. The prices aren't cheap but you'll always get high quality care and you'll be able to rest easy knowing your pets are well cared for.

Came in 1.5 hrs before closing with my dog who had taken a very bad fall, she needed X-rays, stitches, and general mending! They took care of all her needs, and stayed open to finish the procedure! Hard to find caring people anymore but these folks are all about it!

Great experience with them! My cat was throwing up and they saw me within an hours notice. Very transparent on treatment and pricing (they will give you a quote before treatment) and super friendly staff.

Always been a positive experience with treatment and options. They've assisted three of our senior dogs live many comfortable years and we're always compassionate and thoughtful when the day came to have to let them go. Thank you.

Switched awhile ago and the staff have been very helpful and can get you in within 24 hrs most times. My old vet would be booked a week or more which didn't help when the dogs or cats needed help to right away. Last time had to go right in when my dog got stung by something and swelled right up. They got him right in and he was seen in 10 minutes.
