Dr Batenhorst is amazing. We went to a few vets over the years, and are so happy we found her. She genuinely cares for the well-being of our pets and is always able to answer our questions to the fullest

This place is awesome!! I went in tonight for an emergency with my dog and everyone there was great! I called ahead of time and told them what was going on, so they were ready for me the minute I pulled up. The supervisor nurse was more than pleasant and informative the whole time. The doctor was great as well and made my pup feel much better! Not to mention we showed up at 7pm and they closed at 8pm, but no one seemed to care about that. They all treated us as if they were open all night. Also when we were leaving, since they were closed, there was a guy moping and our pup had an accident on the floor and instead of getting upset the man was extremely nice about it and said that it was no issue at all! Although we felt bad, he was so kind! I would highly recommend this place, especially in a time of need! Thanks for taking good care of our Bai !

Our rescue dog had an extended stay here when her original family gave her up. Everyone got to know and love her, and it's an easy choice to keep returning. They know us, they know our pup, and they do good work.

Everyone there was so nice to my cat. They wanted to keep her for a few hours to do blood work and a urinalysis, but after I showed concern about leaving her there, they worked with me to do a take home test so she could come home with me. Very thankful for their help!

Place is more concerned about pushing pushing their mask beliefs on you than treating your pet. Wouldn't spend a nickel here and would encourage anyone else to do the same. They also offer a coupon on their website, but then charge you an exorbitant amount of money for x-rays so you really save no money anyway

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! Everyone at this location is AMAZING! I recently had two tumors removed from two of my pets, I was not happy with my experience at my previous vet. I called multiple vets for a second opinion and to try and help me understand what the tumors were. From the time I called the person I talked to was VERY helpful. When I went in for my appointment the front desk staff was so nice and welcoming. The vet tech (Meg) was GREAT! She was very knowledgeable, had us laughing, and was amazing with my pets. Now onto my experience with the vet, Megan Moragues. I really cannot say enough great things about Megan. She was absolutely FANTASTIC!! I went in with fear in my heart, a long list of questions, test results (from another vet), and pages of research. She helped me understand every word of my prognosis for both pets, and answered all of my many questions with ease. Megan is so experienced and knowledgeable! She examined both of my pets (they also both loved her), aspirated another tumor, and offered to remove my dogs stitches all after closing time. My appointment was at 7 and I didn't leave until 9, she happily stayed late with us. I LOVE this place!!

Very impressed with the cleanliness and how kind each employee, nurse, and doctor was. They cared about the comfort of my animal - he was not happy to have strangers touching him so they brought the procedure into our room so we could be there to help calm him down. They were sincere and genuine and made a follow-up call to make sure everything was okay. Thank you VCA!

I started going to VCA 80 when I needed to board my dog many years ago. I have since switched the care of all my animals (two cats and the dog) to this location as the staff is great and all the Veterinarians I have seen have shown great passion in the care of your pets. Last year one of my cats got sick and the help and support they gave me when he did not recover was amazing and helped me through the difficult decision as to when it is time to say goodbye. The vet fees are a little higher then some of the other area vets by the care and attention my animals receive makes it worthwhile. I should also add that I still board my dog here when I travel and she is always so excited to go and visit with the friendly vet techs. I never worry about her care while I am out of town as I know the vets and technicians here will care for her as their own.

They treat your pets well, but they are very overpriced. I was quoted an $800 bill for what turned out to be an abscess on my cat's paw. They also gave him a cloth cone that doesn't stop him from licking it, so a simple 10 day healing process took upwards of a month. It's convenient & great if you're down to pay WAY more than necessary for sub-par veterinary work.

When I had to put my dog to sleep their staff was more concerned about getting me to sign that I would pay my bill. They literally bent down and addressed this when my dog was paralyzed, in pain, and dying, pushed a tablet in my face to sign. Appeared they would not treat my pets pain without guaranteed payment. Worst vet experience in my 30+ plus years as a pet owner. Everything was focused on making money. I would NEVER send anyone here, I share this experience so others don’t have to go through what we did.
