Urgent Pet Care Of Papillion

My dog suddenly seemed to be in pain. We took him to urgent care where they were able to accommodate us with zero notice. He seemed to be getting better and then got much worse. While they were not equipped to handle the emergency that was developing they were an integral part of the critical path to receive the care that would save him(He required a ct scan, and a surgeon who specialized in neurological issues). They gave us a correct diagnosis and provided us with options as to which facilities would be most able to handle his needs. They answered my incessant phone calls and were quick to submit the paper work required to have him seen at Iowa State University on an emergency referral. Thank you so much! Zuko made it through the surgery and will be resting and recovering for the next several months at home. Without the guidance and quality of care we received at the Urgent Pet Care of Papillion clinic, today would probably be a very sad day for me and my family.

Staff was super helpful and kind. I appreciated how they laid out the treatment plan and possible price ranges based on possible treatments. The text updates were so comforting too while our dog was with them over night.

Was able to get in quickly when our dog was rough housing too much and hurt her shoulder. Got X-rays, pain meds, and blood work done and out of there in less than 2hrs. Definitely a great emergency vet!

I called their office and was able to register for care for my cat via a text sent from them and I was in their office within 30 minutes after my call. The staff quickly got my cat in to see the vet and the diagnosis and situation was take care of within the hour. Excellent care and service.

We took our dog here after she started acting very strange which eventually led to surgery. We have never left Piper anywhere overnight and she's never been away from us like this before, so we were very scared and stressed to say the least. The staff here did an amazing job at keeping us updated with texts, calls, and pictures and answered any questions that we had. They made us feel comfortable and were very upfront about everything. If another emergency ever does occur, we won't hesitate to bring Piper here!

You can tell they care and want to help out the best they can. My dog continued having complications after coming in (not their fault) and I called them 5-6 more times. They were kind and understanding each time I called. They answered all of my questions and reassured a very scared owner. They even reached out a few days later to see how she was doing. **They care and will do the very best they can for your fur babies!**

Over all there were some good and bad I brought my dog in on Christmas because he was throwing up and having diarrhea. Told them what happened and what he ate sadly it was ice melt due to the apartment complex I live in put way to much down. I mentioned that he was also throwing up pieces of fabric so he probably ate something he wasn’t suppose to but when I mentioned that he’s butt was raw like bright red they didn’t even look at it so that really upset me all they wanted to do was focus on taking X-rays and doing expensive tests which that’s was the good part I didn’t have enough money to do all of it so I chose to do the medicine before everything else. Overall they are good people they just didn’t really listen and kinda pushed me out the door trying to get me in and out as soon as possible. Just wish they would take a little bit more time to listen and look over. Again very nice people just need a little bit more good customer service.

AWESOME !! Took my English Bulldog here tonight because he had got collar twisted and choked him with Blood coming out nose, they rushed him in did all the test needed and took amazing care of him. What shocked us most was that after all of that, they charged us NOTHING, I REPEAT NO CHARGE. I am forever grateful and will always recommend if have an emergency take your pet here. We had our other EB with us as well because we don't leave them alone and the people at the clinic went and got him a bowl of water. YOU WONT FIND A BETTER PLACE TO TAKE YOUR PETS.

We brought our male cat in on a Sunday for what ended up being a urinary blockage (which apparently is super common in male cats!) and they were wonderful. They ended up admitting him to treat the blockage and while he was there, we'd get text updates every 6 hours or so telling us how he was doing, including photo. It was expensive but after looking over the paperwork I honestly don't think my regular vet would have been that much cheaper given that he was hospitalized for a few days. Urinary blockages are lethal if untreated and given that his kidneys were already being affected even after we took him in within hours of his symptoms starting, I'm very glad we didn't wait until my regular vet was open. Highly recommend Urgent Pet Care for any emergencies.

I've brought my puppers (13yo chihuahua) here on various occasions, from dog attack to chocolate. The staff understand that she's my precious baby. They are patient, attentive, and they listen and share the smallest of details. This is the only place where I feel my baby is safe, and that I am valued as her caretaker.
