The UPS Store

This is my first go to place. The manager here is wonderful very helpful and very informative and everything that he does. His employees here are fabulous as well get quick and courteous service always even on the busy days. From Michelle foot

My husband just called to see if they could possibly help us find a package that is lost and it’s literally for an engagement that is supposed to be happening tonight (was supposed to arrive yesterday) and anyway they literally answered the phone and said “no” before my husband even got a word in. Then he was hung up on and now they won’t answer any of our calls so we went thru another location but i was shocked to see such incompetence with professionalism. So yeah- 1 star rating… wish i could do 0 stars. Get some new employees guys!

The 2 employees there are really rude and lazy. The girl working typed in my tracking number and said she didnt find any package under tracking number and said there's was nothing under that number so I called ups 1 800 number and the employee there reached out to the driver and the driver said he delivered it to that store so I had the ups employee tell the ups store workers that the driver delivered it there and they kept saying no that my packages wasn't there so now I have to wait till tomorrow for the driver to show up there and GPS where he dropped the package in the store. Mind you that employees at the store told me I could go in the back of the store and when I went back there I asked them if they knew my name and they didn't so how could they find the package without my name I will never use this location ever again and I advise you to never have a package sent and set for pick up at this location.

This place never opens on time ever! I always stop here on my way to work because they are supposed to open at 8:00 but the opening employee never arrives before 8:00. It is currently 8:06 and they are yet to arrive

I’ve had nothing but excellent service from 72nd and Giles location. Each time I’ve gone there, Nischal has been extremely helpful to me always says hi and greets me with a smile . He helped me track a package I thought was lost. Turns out I was using the wrong number. I feel Nischal does whatever it takes to please his customers. He makes suggestions to save me money. I highly recommend this location.

The rep that was there this morning 07/09/22 at 10 am was not willing to help in the least. Told me I had to call UPS and talk to a phone rep. I did this only for the phone rep to tell me that they couldn't do anything. I mean the guy in the store could've saved me a call and waiting on hold and whatnot. Instead he was not willing to help in the least.

Service counter person was not friendly or helpful, just looked at me like when I showed her the QR code. Didn’t give me a receipt and walked away after printed the slips which I had to reach for.

I was also a person who had a very hard time with UPS for an insurance claim for damage goods, but Mr. Koirale changed my entire experience at the UPS Store 5359. He went beyond the call of duty to ensure I would receive payment for my claimed damages. I truly believe that without his help I would never have receive payment and thanks to him I did. I would recommend to anyone that if you plan to ship anything thru UPS to please go to the UPS Store 5359 in La Vista NE because you and your package (s) will always be in good hands.

I shipped a neon sign here packaged as best as possible and I had it insured just in case. Well, the recipient received the package and it had a hole in it. The neon sign was shattered and the package was compromised. Nischel, one of their employees, kept me updated on the status for a month and a half to help me get my insurance money back. He was diligent and informed me of every step of the process. I am very happy that he was there to help. Store 5359 Is the best UPS store in this country.
