The Paw Spa Pet Resort

My chocolate lab Lily stayed 4 nights last week and when we picked her up she had a chunk of skin/hair missing from her scalp that they didn't tell us about. She also had diarrhea and vomited for 2 days and has now come down with kennel cough. So not impressed.

We are very happy with how they took care of our pups. We enjoyed the doggie cam and got to watch our babies having a great time all day. We will definitely return to the Paw Spa for any doggie daycare needs if we are passing through the Omaha area again!

I have had a couple experiences of them over charging for services one such time I took two dogs to daycare and was overcharged. It may have only been five dollars but instead of refunding my money they explicitly told me they would put a day of daycare on the account. I said that was fine but then when my mom took the dog there for the day the owner basically told her it wasn’t on there and she would NOT honor it. She accused me of making it up and also yelled at me also then hung up on me. Worst customer service o have ever experienced. Would not recommend to anyone.

Customers BEWARE!! Took my dog her for spa day at 8 A.M. and bath. Checked the Web Cam periodically throughout the day and only after 1 P.M. did I find him in any Web Cam. Every time I checked the same 2 dogs were in the pool area, same 3 dogs in area beside pool and no dogs in other areas. We did like the grooming done on our other dog so decided we just wouldn't use the day spa again if they weren't allowing the dogs to use the different play areas as they advertise. Alo, my daughter had taken my dog previously and was overcharged. I guess in order to show good customer service the girl offered to give her a free spa day the next visit. When i went to pick up my dog the OWNER essentially called both me and my daughter liars. Not wanting to argue with someone yelling at me, I just paid the bill and left. When i got home I read some of the other reviews (dog left in 104 heat had a heat stroke and died, puppy got out and lost and owner not notified for hours) made the decision that this is not the place to go!!!

Absolutely love the staff at Paw Spa Resort! They take care of my 2 dogs like they're their own. Very friendly and professional, taking time to train staff, and the owners are fantastic! Our pups are never in a hurry to leave, they want to stay and visit their friends (the staff) on the way out. Thank you for giving us peace while we're at work, knowing they're taken care of so well.

My German Shepherd comes here for daycare and he loves getting to play and interact with other dogs! The staff is always super friendly and always are so helpful! They always are so knowledgeable about every dog that comes into the Paw Spa, so I know my dog will be in good hands.

The spa employees are wonderful. They treat all pets like their own. Very pet friendly.

These people love dogs and treat them like family. We left another place to come here and never looked back. It's a 30 minute drive for us to get here and worth every minute. Our pup has a great time, we can say the word daycare and she gets super excited at home, and the front desk people are always so nice and happy to see her when we get there. We have had a couple communication snafus and emergency situations and they've been able to help us out and been understanding every time. The owner is great as well. We love it here and recommend it to everyone we know!

I had recently left a review because I had picked up my dog and she smelled of urine. Not even a day later THE OWNER called me, and apologized for my bad experience. Offered to groom rolo for absolutely free! They all know and love Rolo personally and I’m glad to see first hand a small business treat me and rolo so well!

Made an appointment for my dog to get groomed and everything. Didn’t have the correct address so I would’ve only been ten minutes late since I wasn’t too far from their current location. They wouldn’t honor the appointment because “if you aren’t here by the time appointment starts then we can’t do it since its a two hour appointment.” Because God forbid they stay ten minutes later than close. Do not recommend because they were rude about everything and couldn’t spare ten minutes. If you are going to take the entirety of the two hours, then don’t have appointments that can be booked to where you won’t get done until you close.
