We have taken our dogs here for years and love it. The staff does a wonderful job taking care of them; they have great respect for the dogs and show genuine care for our pups. The facility is well-maintained, clean and safe. I highly suggest anyone looking to board their dogs, either for a few hours or an extended stay, to consider Paw Spa. With the great experiences we have had we will continue to bring our dogs here.

Took our dog for the first time this past weekend for daycare and grooming. He was to be groomed at 1:30 so he would have the morning to play. I checked each camera every 15 mins and never saw him. I saw a few dogs in one 15 min check I was doing. There was a black dog in the pool area alone for hours, just sitting by the gate and I never saw the dog get in the water. When we picked up or dog I asked if there had been any problems and they said no, he got bathed on tyne am as the scheduled dog for grooming didn't show up. Therefore he couldn't go out because he would get dirty. If he was going to sit on a kennel all day I would have kept him home.

We LOVE the Paw Spa Pet Resort!! I have been taking my dog there for the last two years and I will never take her anywhere else. The staff knows her and she loves them all. It speaks volumes to me as a pet owner. My dog is a rescue and she was terrified of men and new people. The staff being so kind, gentle and understanding has helped her be confident in getting to know new people. I trust their staff and know that she is in good hands when she is there. I love that they have the pet cams that I can look at whenever I want. The staff of Paw Spa Pet Resort has become more like our extended family! Thank you to everyone on the staff!! You are all AMAZING!!

I took my dog here for the first time and I absolutely loved it! Me and my husband have taken our two dogs to a couple other places and never got what we were quite looking for. They had great, professional staff members. We took both our dogs to get groomed there and I have never been more satisfied with a grooming before. When I came back from dropping my pups off to get groomed, they were both in great moods! Thank you Paw Spa! We will definitely be back soon.

My one year old Goldendoodle is now on his 3rd week at Paw Spa. He LOVES this place and gets so excited to go. I am currently working from home, but fell and broke my ankle so my poor puppy was bored at home and I was unable to walk him. I decided to try daycare a couple of days each week to give him something to do and wear him out. A full day of daycare is honestly less than hiring a dog walker! We love it so much, we’ll probably continue going even after I’m on my feet again. I get such a kick out of watching him on camera. The people working here are constantly cleaning and giving out pets. It’s a great place. I would highly recommend trying it out if you’re on the fence about doggie daycare. It’s worth it!

The Paw Spa is all around awesome! The staff is amazing they are so great with the all the dogs and They always make you feel welcome! Best part they have an indoor doggie pool!!

My puppy absolutely loves spending time at the Paw Spa. We've been there for day care, overnight stays and grooming. Liz always does a great job with her grooming and we always leave happy. Thank you!

One of the best places around for doggy daycare, over night stay, and grooming! The facilities are ALWAYS clean and they have allowed me to see them anytime I liked. I trust my dog is in the best of care while staying at the Paw Spa, because I feel the staff genuinely cares about my dog, I can check on him via their web cams, the staff provides wonderful customer service. For example, while on a vacation I called them to see how my dog was doing, and they kindly gave me updates and answered any questions I had. Lets not forget one of their best services, grooming! The grooming staff is Amazing, my Mother gets her dog Eddie groomed about twice a month there. They have always gone above and beyond to make her a satisfied customer, while having the sharpest looking dog in the neighborhood.

We used to love this place but not any more. Their staff are just not friendly and they will tell you everything is your dog’s fault. We gave it some time but after our dog got a deep cut right above the eye, that’s it. After I pointed it out, the staff’s first reaction was he didn’t get hurt in their facility, even though he was perfectly fine when I dropped him off that morning and he had been there all day. No sorry No solicitude. Fine, not a big deal. The staff also asked me to watch their video just to prove she is right WHILE my dog is bleeding. I asked if she would please give him something first to stop the bleeding. She said NO. So, in their logic, I suppose to stay there, watch their security video for that entire day, and just let my dog bleed? Maybe that tells you how they take care of your dog.
