The Paw Spa Pet Resort

I took one of my dogs here when he was very young, about 5 years ago. He was only there for a partial day one time and everything seemed good. On his second visit a few weeks later he did get to play in a large area that had a small kiddie pool in it. Apparently this small pool was not adequately cleaned because he ended up with an infection a couple of days later that I needed to take him to the vet to treat. Also, he was given back to us wet and not smelling good. I was not too happy with putting him in my car like this. So a couple of years ago I thought maybe I would try Paw Spa again. I booked my other dog, who was close to a year old, there because he is very high energy and I needed to go to my mother's funeral. I asked about shot records and was told Paw Spa would call my vet and get them for me and not to worry about them. The morning of the funeral, I took him there and they had neglected getting his shot records and did not want to take him. I was able to get them from home with just barely enough time to make it to the funeral. We had asked if he could play in the pool area that day and taken him some snacks to tide him over until we picked him up. My daughters checked the cameras frequently and even called Paw Spa at one point because he was never out there or in any other area playing with the other dogs. In fact, he was stuck in a kennel the entire time and did not even get his snacks as they were returned to me when I picked him up. We dropped him off in the morning and were unable to pick him up until close to 3 p.m. I have never used Paw Spa again and do not recommend.

They do a great job grooming. I have bringing my dogs to them for a while. They don't like coming but they are home bodies so I don't blame them. Watching on the cams is a good way to see if my beasties are doing okay and they always are.

Loved my experience here. Took my 8 year old husky for a few days of boarding. I loved that I was able to check up on him throughout the day by looking at the cameras. I also felt better being a new customer that they offered a free day of daycare before I boarded him. It was nice for my dog to have a chance to see the place and check it out before being there for a few days straight. All of my interactions with the staff were great. They were always very polite and seemed very interested in taking good care of my dog. I also liked that I was able to bring some of my dogs favorite toys and bed to make him feel more comfortable. I walked in for a tour and was able to book his stay that very same day (I had looked at other places and they wouldn’t book the same day. I was annoyed at that). Forever recommend and will keep coming back!

I work at the paw spa pet resort and I board my dogs here whenever I am out of town and get my golden doodle groomed there. I would trust nobody else to watch them other than my coworkers because I know they will do everything in their power to make sure they are happy and tired at the end of the day and perfectly taken care of. Whenever I am working I bring them for daycare and they are whining because they are so excited to go in and play with their furry friends. No other place will ever compare to this place. I have read some of the other comments and I disagree with them but my coworkers and I do everything we possibly can to make sure people’s dogs are happy and tired when they get picked up. We take pride in our work and always make sure to treat the dogs like they are our own :))

I boarded my lab Cole here for a week. He was very well taken care of and the staff was friendly and loving toward him. I like that the staff members throw the ball and actually play with the dogs when they are outside. At other places I've been to the staff doesn't play with the dogs at all. Thank you for taking great care of my pup!!! He came home tired and happy. I highly recommend Paw Spa Resort!!!

Very happy with the overnight care and grooming. My dogs looked adorable after their bath.

i LOVE the paw spa. i take my dog there and they treat him like their own. My dog is not the nicest to other dogs but they do an amazing job of still making sure he gets play time and the attention he needs for the day.

as a previous employee i certainly have an insight on what happened and what continues to happen here. i hope future clients take the bad reviews into consideration. i do hope that they have found employees who truly cared about animals, because while i was there no one did but me and a few others. you know, being left alone the day after thanksgiving to care for 75+ large dogs by myself DOES show how much you care about your employees and the animals themselves. i did like working here because of the dogs, they made my day. But everyone reading these bad reviews PLEASE do not take your dogs here. they care more about money than they do about your dogs. i will say your petty reply says more about you than it does about me, it really makes me laugh. it’s really not hard to just do better and be better owners. the day sheila and kevin become good owners and can actually back up what they say, then ill listen to what they care to reply. but i digress. have a good day tho🙂

We have used the paw spa pet resort for years! The staff is amazing! My dogs can not wait to come there. We turn the corner at 168th and Harrison and they start wagging tails getting all excited. We do daycare boarding and grooming here. We come often and are more than happy with them.

Great customer service and staff! Our dogs were well taken care of and it gave us peace of mind seeing our pups on the camera every day.
