The Frazier Company

Today we had our AC services repaired and semi-annual maintenance performed by Russ of The Frazier Company. It was exceptional service, done right, explained to us in detail, and left us feeling like we really had the best doing the work. Russ was friendly and professional. Will definitely refer Frazier and especially Russ to our friends and neighbors.

My wife and I just wanted to thank our service person from the Frazier Company, Myron, for his professionalism and quick response with regard to fixing our AC. We couldn't have asked for better service. Myron was honest, worked hard, as well as efficiently and effectively. Thank you.

Myron has been my Service Technician over the years for my HVAC. His knowledge of the various systems has been excellent. With his care to my system, it lasted for twenty years. I now have a new system from Frazier Company. I look forward to the continually excellent service I have received from Myron and Frazier. I would recommend them to all.

Although I have had several of your technicians out to do all my servicing each year, one technician stands out to be a perfect fit for me, his name is RUSS. I can always count on Russ to give me a straight answer, and I trust him like family. He is a loyal employee, has a great sense of humor and a liking for people. Russ is a great ambassador for your company in my opinion. Russ came to our home today and serviced the furnace, the erv air filtration system and cleaned the air conditioner compressor. He arrived on time, asked us for our input on the service call and explained what he was doing every step of the way. This was our first experience with the Frazier Company, but we will definitely use them again based on the high quality service Russ provided.

We just built our second home with The Frazier Company doing the HVAC and plumbing on both homes. We have also held a maintenance agreement with them for almost 12 years and have nothing but positive experiences. The technicians are wonderful to work with- always explaining things thoroughly to ensure we understand and taking as much time as needed to answer any questions. We love when Russ comes to service our equipment! We spent a good amount of time with a number of individuals during our home builds, and all of them were professional, courteous, and worked hard to make sure the jobs were done right. I am a firm believer that if you get quality equipment installed well and serviced appropriately, it will preform well for many years. We experienced that with our previous home (no issues) and look forward to many more years with The Frazier Company taking care of us in our current home!

We've had Frazier Company servicing our furnace and air conditioning systems for the past 6 years. After our old heating and air conditioning units needed to be replaced, a representative from the sales department came and went over our options for new units. They installed quality replacements and have been servicing the systems since that time. Russ is our technician and he is dependable, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Andrew came to our house today to service our AC. He was courteous and professional and worked efficiently to service our equipment inside and outside. When Andrew arrived my wife asked if he would wear a mask inside the house. He agreed without hesitation and only asked that we also wear one which we did. We have used The Frazier Company for many years now under a service maintenance agreement. Their workmanship has always been excellent. I continue to believe that annual service of our AC and Heating units prolongs their life and with that said I will continue to use and recommend The Frazier Company. I can’t ask for more, quality work at a fair price.

I can not say enough great things about The Frazier Company, and specifically Jason the Sales Manager. He really knows his stuff and was willing to take on an install/replacement system on a challenging property when no one else would. The communication and knowledge was strong and this company is truly professional.

The Frazier Company has been providing excellent service to my heating and air conditioning for over 15 years. Service Technician, Dan, is generally the one who services my units. He has vast experience and makes sure that everything is properly serviced before he leaves. I am comfortable with all the technicians and, no matter who does the service, it is always done in a professional manner and on time.
