The Frazier Company

The Frazier Company, "no relation to me", put in the furnace and air conditioning in my house when it was built 20 years ago. I never did a thing to my air conditioner and had the furnace cleaned yearly. Both worked great. When it came time to replace them I knew who I wanted to buy from. They did a great job explaining options. Always been very satisfied with this company.

Andrew arrived on time and promptly introduced himself. He found the problems(s) and explained in detail what the issue was and gave me a cost estimate before moving forward. Once the repairs were completed he discussed future options and ways to best utilize the unit we have. He was extremely helpful and courteous. We will use them again when needed!

The Frazier Company has been providing twice annual preventive maintenance service for me. They are always professional in their dealings and arrive at the scheduled time, Myron, the service man today, is friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this company!

Russ serviced our air conditioner this morning. He is always very polite and professional. He explains things well to my wife and she appreciates being able to request that our service be done by Russ. We also like that we get a call when he's on the way. Thanks for the GREAT service!!

The Frazier Company is a very professional and trustworthy company, and we call upon them for all of our heating, cooling, and plumbing needs. We have used them for over 25 years and have found their product knowledge, professionalism, and service to be outstanding - second to none!. And, their pricing is very fair and reasonable. Our most recent experience was when their HVAC service man (Russ) performed our seasonal HVAC service. Russ is awesome! We couldn’t be more pleased than we are with his attention to detail, friendliness, and passion to satisfy our needs. The Frazier Company is a wonderful company and I would recommend them highly!

I use Frazier to service my heat/air and have for years. I am very happy with the service I receive, especially with Russ, service technician. He is extremely professional, always on time and friendly. I have a Geo-thermal unit and I would not use anyone else but Russ. He is ione of the best service professionals I know. Thanks as always! Andrew came out to service our AC under our maintenance contract. He did a great job. This was a scheduled call, but the AC wasn't cooling properly. He found the problem, and we only had to pay for parts under the service agreement. A win/win! Looking for a call from Frazier this fall to renew the contract for next year. We have Dan perform maintenance in our HVAC every spring and fall, and he always does a high-quality job for us. He is always friendly and courteous, highly professional, explain matters to us in a way we can understand, and is very honest with his evaluation of equipment, repairs, etc. Frazier has earned our trust and confidence over the past 15+ years.

We have used Frazier for 10 years for our bi-yearly AC/furnace maintenance. The service crew is knowledgable, efficient and respectful. Myron serviced our AC unit yesterday. He did a great job, and I appreciate that he wore and mask and shoe booties while in our home. Highly recommended!

My wife signed up for the maintenance program and to be honest, I was concerned that we paid for service, but would be sold something additional on each visit. We had our AC checked yesterday by Myron and it was exactly the opposite. He was very experienced, listened to our concerns and the system is working much smoother and quieter. He took time to explain how we can maintain our AC and answered all of our questions. I am very glad we purchased this program and my first impression is that we can trust Frazier to provide quality and not sell us something we don't need. That is hard to find in a company today.
