Unfortunately someone was supposed to be at our home at 2:00pm, then 2:25pm, then 3:30pm and it’s now 7:00pm and still no one has showed up. The representative said he was unable to provide me with any ETA on when someone will arrive to our home. He also could not provide me with information as to why no one has tried to contact us to inform us they were not coming at said times. It is obvious that the demand is more than this company can handle and instead of being honest and informing customers of their situation they’re still taking new appointments despite the inability to provide the service.

Very thankful. Service was very fast, less than 1 hour response time. Quote was accurate and Thomas did the work he said he would do and ensured he was professional at all times. Would use again and would recommend!

The plumber was very helpful and efficient. He explained the process and how they could help me. Mark came in and after inspecting our pipes he explained that wear and rare has caused the overflow. He recommended having his team to come out and remove the buildup in the pipes, so they could last at least 10 more years. We are planning to have Mark and his team complete the job.

Today Tristan was my Good Samaritan ! I experienced a flat tire after hitting a pot hole on 120th street. Tristan saw I was in need of assistance and was so kind to offer a helping hand. His attitude was very pleasant and personable. I am so thankful for this angel named Tristan. We need more people like him in the world!

My apartment had a plumbing issue so they called in roto-rooter to fix it. I was very satisfied with the professionalism of all of their employees and they were willing to take time to explain the issues to me and what they were doing to solve the issue. I would definitely recommend their services!

Never use this company. We were told we needed an entire new sewer line due to damage. They quoted us almost $30,000 to have this done. We called in a second opinion and other company said that type of work is $10,000 max, but we had zero damage to our line. They just didn’t clean it out properly. We refused to pay Roto Rooter for their services. I would give them zero stars if allowed.

Mike was amazing and such a pleasant individual that walked me through the process of everything he was doing and even gave tips on how the situation could be prevented in the future. My dogs also loved him which is a good star in my book. This guy deserves a raise!

(EDIT: Owner commented. He was supposed to call me today, and he never did.) Please look at their better business bureau reviews before deciding to use them. I am honestly wondering if theyre buying positive reviews to help bump their rating. They did not show up the whole day that they said they would (probably so you schedule them thinking they can come by the next day to fix the issue instead of calling another plumber) Then they did not show up at the time they said they would the next day either. We did not have water running in our house while waiting for them. When called about an hourly charge, they will not give you an hourly charge. We were desperate for running water, so we paid the extremely overpriced bill for a 10 minute fix.

Ray and Rai did an excellent job fixing two problems: toilet repair and laundry drainage cleaning via cabling. They did their work quickly and professionally, courteously answering questions. We got good value for our money.
