Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Nathan arrived within an hour of us calling, and was very professional and helpful. We had water coming up through a drain and he quickly figured out the source of the problem and fixed it. It was on the pricey side but we needed the repair done ASAP to avoid water damage to basement, and it was worth it since they came out immediately on a Friday night. We are very appreciative and though we hope it won’t happen again, we would use them again in an emergency like this!

Our technician was Ray the drain specialist and Eric the sewer specialist- and they found an issue that was causing our main pipe line to clog! We are so grateful for them working together as a team to figure out the solution! Great work guys thanks for expert advice on the other issues too that still needs to get fixed!

Robert with the water restoration services team is fantastic! He addressed all our questions and concerns, and made a difficult situation easier to handle. Our plumber, Jacob, was great! He is extremely knowledgeable, and did a great job with repairs.

The workers were amazing, this review is for the customer service of the customer contact people. They found a large hole in the pipe and fixed it but the contact person, Terry, was very rude and not accommodating at all. When i asked what time the crew was coming back to finish the job, he lied to me and said they would not be back for 3 days, the crew returned to my house same day, telling me that they were never contacted about my concerns. Terry also asked me why I needed the hole in my front yard filled in today. What do you mean, why? They left a huge hole right next to my front door and the fencing was damaged. They also never came back to finish cleaning the sewer pipe all the way to the street. I will not use them again in the future. The financing is 27% interest and they refused to finance the whole job. This was a stressful situation made worse by the customer service.

The service tech Michael was awesome. He was super nice and professional and took great care in protecting the surrounding work area for cleanliness. The sewer camera inspector Jerry was also very friendly, knowledgeable, and informative.

my plumber who came out I think his name was Holland was amazing. super knowledgeable and friendly. way cheaper than the last company I had out. he took his time and explain everything to me.

Nathan was very professional, prompt, and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. Nobody likes to deal with a plumbing issue, but it makes it easier when your tech seems competent. I'm not sure how they compare value wise, because I did not get any quotes from other companies, but it seemed in line with what I was expecting.

My basement drain backed up on our 100 year old house. Being right before Thanksgiving!! No showers, no dishwasher, can you imagine!! We called, he was here within the hour, fixed the drain. It got kinda hairy but, he fought on! Thank goodness! He literally saved my Thanksgiving!! Very happy!

Jeremy was kind and respectful. I was able to get a technician the day before Thanksgiving (same day). He cleared the drain/pipe right away and ensured me there was a 6 month guarantee. He was fast and knowledgeable.
