Staff is fantastic! From the front desk, the techs to the very caring and experienced veterinarians. They always take the time to answer all of my questions and they ask me questions to help ensure my fur baby is living a healthy life.

This is the second time that this vet has saved one of our pets. Another vet had misdiagnosed two of our pets, and Heartland immediately diagnosed them correctly. They care about your pet, and it is not a factory like a few other veterinary clinics who are in it for the money. Take all of your pets here!

We have been clients for almost 20 years. At our last visit Dr. Tucker reviewed our cat’s history, listened to my concerns and provided a thorough exam. The entire staff is kind and truly care about the pets.

I cannot praise this clinic enough! When I took Daisy in I received excellent service, lots of TLC for Daisy, didn’ t feel rushed out (since our house flooded I had a lot of health questions about Daisy, as well as breeding questions). Dr. Susan spent the time needed to answer all my questions and then took time to send me an email. The office is clean, friendly, and definitely caring towards the animals. I adopted a kitten from T&C Humane Society. The facility uses Heartland. I have had Skye in twice for ear problems. She was just spayed on 6/4. Dr. Rhine was the doctor that saw her both times and did her surgery. Dr. Rhine is a wonderful person and she is an anazing Vet. I cant thank her enough for the wonderful care she has given Skye.

I so appreciated Heartland Pet Hospital. Being new to the community and with a sick dog, it was difficult to get in to a vet. Heartland had an opening and were very helpful as well as professional with my dog! She is finally on the mend, thanks to Dr. Leslie Tucker!

It's always a lovely experience at Heartland Pet Hospital! Nine and Riley love Dr Susan and their Mama trusts her which is most important. Everyone is kind and patient even on those crazy busy days. We will miss you all so much! ❤

My sweet girl Marley is 11yrs old....my regular vet was not able to make time for her which was super frustrating to our family, as our pets are very important to us all!! Within less than 24 hrs. Our sweet dog was almost back to her normal self with some help of some meds and some supplements......I am sooo happy to have found this office!! May make this office our new home. Thanks so much to Dr. Susan and her amazing staff for making time for my sweet girl, I truly appreciate it greatly!!

The staff here is VERY friendly and accommodating. I am new to the area and got lost on the way to my appointment. The woman at the front desk took the time to help give me directions and make sure I arrived. The doctor and technician listened to my concerns and gave helpful advice-they did not try to push any extra services on me either. I left my appointment feeling like the staff here genuinely cares about the health and well being of my dogs.

I want to give the staff and doctor a very big thank you for taking great care of my dog and also taking the time to answer all my silly questions. They had patience with my dog and he was calm and let them take blood and give him shots without him crying, trying to get away or bite them. I'm so glad I found them and I'm definitely keeping them for our vet, for him and other pets we might get. Again thank you so much for everything. See you all for our next visit.
