Holly really does a fantastic job. She takes time to evaluate what my skin needs, and does each step carefully and thoroughly. After the facial my skin feels wonderful and looks great!

I love Gloss!! Jeny is the best!! Getting a facial from Jeny is an amazing experience. I recommend her to everyone I meet. One of my sisters said that I looked like I was 20 years younger after one of my facials. My sister doesn't hand out compliments freely.

I have been going to Holly for over a year now for lash extensions and facials. She is phenomenal! Holly evaluates my face at each facial and recommends the proper treatment. Last night, "it was time" - as she said! Needling! I was a little hesitant at first - but she made me feel so comfortable and explained everything step by step. All I can say - I am hooked on needling now! This morning I can definitely see an improvement! Thank you Holly!!!!!

My beauty professional was wonderful. The salon does not work with those who are not Wealthy nor those who are not White women very well. They only keep banker's hours so those of us who are social workers and in helping professions can not really come here because of their hours. Much of Omaha's beauty industry is like this.

The staff at the salon were absolutely fantastic and friendly! Rebecca provided the best service, was kind, and easy to talk to. I highly recommend Gloss!

I've been going to gloss for 7 years now for haircuts, facials, waxes, and massage. I don't go anywhere else! The team at gloss is experienced and professional and always make me feel welcomed and comfortable. The atmosphere is relaxing and they get to know their clients on a first name basis. 10/10 recommend

I had the best facial of my life from Rebecca, she was amazing! Very detailed going over what I was looking for and my current skin condition. Facial was wonderful as well as massage. Highly recommend. I'm from out of town but will definitely make a point to stop in and make an appointment next time I'm back which will be in a few months. Good reminder to take some 'me time' for my own mental health too!

Had a 60 minute massage with Brittani. It was my first massage with her and she's new to Gloss. Although she's new to the Salon she's not new to massage and was excellent! She listened and was able to adjust pressure where needed. She also incorporated light stretching to fully relax or get into tricky spots. I highly recommend her!
