I have been to gloss a few times and received more than excellent service. They have very skilled stylists. Stacy and Hailey are completely amazing. My daughter recently had her hair done by Sydney and she was awesome as well! About a month ago I made a last minute appointment to have my out growth touched up before going out of town. Bri was available, so, I booked her. She was really nice and a ton of fun. She nailed the color I wanted for my blonde, but I think she fried it a little. I had some hair falling out afterwards. I had also asked for a light trim just to reshape it up after it had grown out a little. It was at my shoulders, but after her 'trim' it was at my chin. She apologized and said she was getting rid of damage I had. 1. I did not have damage. 2. You always ask first if this is what the client wants. I was mortified that my hair was chin length before a huge trip. That being said, Bri is very green. She was very nice and did nail the color. I think she just needs more experience. I definitely love this salon.

This is my go-to place when it comes to affordable grooming services. The staff is highly skilled and offers amazing customer service. Must visit them once.

Don’t waste your money. These services were not nearly worth the money. 2 out of three massages were good. None of the facials/manicures or add one were worth the money it costs. This place is severely understaffed and after $1,000 was spent for three Mother’s Day gifts the response was “we don’t think you are a good fit for us”. Well, provide service worth the money and the fit will be much better.

Really cute salon! Ali listened to what I wanted and gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever had. Wonderful experience.

Natalie, In particular, always attends to my hair needs and offers professional advice when it comes to which product works best for me. She’s friendly and professional! Booking appointments is easy and the staff are friendly as well.

I’ve always gone to Gloss for massages and been extremely pleased with the kind staff, and amazing promotions! However, today was my first time getting my hair done here and I wanted to give a huge shout out to Sarah! She was so kind and welcoming not to mention has some amazing skills! I absolutely am in love in the color she did on my hair. I was so happy that I went to see her, I felt like I made a new friend! Overall this is an amazing one stop shop for all your beauty needs. I’ll continue to go here for many more years :)
