Belle is the best massage therapist! She listens to her customers and focuses on the areas that really need the most attention. The staff are all very professional, friendly and helpful.The lady who did my pedicure was awesome also! Quick and professional. Listened to what I needed done on one of my toenails that had cracked.

When I arrived for my appointment I was informed my usual technician wasnt who I booked with and when I Inquired as to "why" I was told she had been booked full for the last 2 weeks. That's funny because I booked this appointment 5 weeks before, with my usual tech. No other explanation given other than an apology. I booked this appointment WITH MY tech, I really don't believe she would have put it under someone else's name. Like they tried to lead me to believe. I stayed because my ride had left but the differant tech didn't evan have the right services written down. Also I was unable to get all the services I required on this trip. So very disappointed. Gloss you need to do better. This was a waste of my time.

I was in town for a concert and booked a facial. I was pleasantly surprised to have one of the best facials I've purchased. Natalie was very knowledgeable, kind and I left feeling very refreshed! Would highly recommend!
