Fashion Cleaners was able to successfully remove stubborn stains from a favorite summer dress that had been in storage for over a year!. They asked to keep it there a little longer to work on the stain. Done by the end of the week!

I recently started using Fashion and so far I will say my experience has been great. I go to their Leavenworth location and the people there are always helpful and knowledgeable. They are a bit more expensive than other dry cleaners but if you can afford it they are worth the extra.

I had 6 pairs of sneakers. They ruined 2 of them and the other 4 were not really clean after they cleaned them. They said we looked at the shoes upon drop off and told me that dirt/stain may not come off. WE DID NOT TALK ABOUT THE CONDITION OF MY SHOES AT ALL. They will lie, do a bad job cleaning, ruin your shoes/clothes etc and don’t care at all. Poor quality and poor customer service. Stay away from them.

I've used this cleaners for many years you're very reliable do a wonderful job if there's an error or mistake or damaged clothing they fix it and or replace it and or pay you for it there are no other cleaners in the country that'll do that. The owner is a very very nice person and cares about his employees and his clients /customers

A little more expensive but they pickup/deliver for free and do a better job. I've had other cleaners staple my shirts, rinse/return and press creases in jeans. Fashion does a better more professional job. The mobile app/text is a great idea because you can attach a photo of an item with special instructions. Problem is, they don't always pay attention to it "hem only, don't clean" on a pair of blue pants resulted in them hemming and cleaning the tan pair of pants. To be fair, they corrected it without issue or charge. Fix the App issues and I'd give five stars.

As a dry cleaner overall, I previously have always had a great experience. As a store that helps with repairs of clothing, their services are expensive ($9 for a minor repair on a dress shirt) and I have gotten things back from them that are supposed to be "fixed" but haven't been several times. Today I got a shirt back from them where I specifically put a paper clip on the area that needed fixed and it hadn't been fixed at all. Finally, the reason I decided to post a review is because this business is not following social distancing and masking guidelines. There were 5 staff in the front when I came in both times and only one was wearing a mask - and she took it off and touched it multiple times. This is concerning in the current COVID19 pandemic and makes me nervous to continue using their services until this pandemic is truly over.

First time in Omaha. I came for here for a wedding and needed my suit dry cleaned and my shirt pressed! In very little time, Maria at Fasion Cleaners made it possible! Thank you for caring! Great place!

Used for dry cleaning. Although: Good customer service. Polite. Faster than expected. $60 for a 3-piece suit?!? Exorbitant and unacceptable! You're in OMAHA, Nebraska! I paid less in NYC and San Diego. I used this place as a last minute service and I won't again.

I brought my husbands suit in to get dry cleaned for a surprise date. Fashion Cleaners were so kind and rushed my order! We will definitely be using them in the future!!
