I dropped off a king size boxspring cover as well as the king size comforter and pillowcases. I informed them that I was going on vacation and I’ll be back in a week or two. Having so much fun on vacation I extended my vacation. I called Fashion Cleaners and told them that I was extending my vacation and was wondering if I need to have someone come and pic up my items or will it be OK to keep them there? I was assured that my items would be fine right there and for me not to worry about anything and to come pick up my items after I get back from my extended vacation. My items were still looking like they were just clean the day before and they stayed there for at least And extra month. Thank you Fashion Cleaners for your brilliant service! Exceptionally please.

Great customer service. Very friendly always treated me with respect and my items. I have always had my stuff returned just the way I have asked them to wash and altered. Will recommend this cleaner to all my family and friends. Thank you!

Wedding dress preservation gets 3 stars because of a lengthy delay and poor communication. I spent about $450 to have our daughter’s wedding dress cleaned and preserved. It had only minor make-up smudging and some minute soiling on the hem. I dropped the dress off in August, was promised it would be ready early in November, and it was not. I asked for a phone call when it was ready, and never received one. Finally, I emailed in January to ask about the dress, and received a reply that it was ready. I picked it up on Feb. 3. I’m willing to overlook a lengthy process due to Covid staffing and what we’re probably a large number of dresses to launder; but with a price tag in the mid $450, I would expect stellar customer service.

Disappointed. I had a leather seat cushion that my dog - who is older and was experiencing some bladder “leakage” - laid on and stained. It hasn’t been soaked but the stain was sort of a big splotch in the middle. I was told the cushion would be sent out (which was fine) and I’d get a call with an estimate (and I assumed someone would tell me the probability of getting the stain out, risks, etc). I was told it could be 4 weeks and might be $100+. All that was fine. Today I received a text that the item was ready for pickup. I was confused because hadn’t been contacted about it before. And the cost was $40. I’m really disappointed. The cushion is very rough - and discolored - so now won’t match the other chair I have. And the stain is still there. It’s faint but now more obvious because the cushion is so discolored. I’m just very disappointed. I understand that they may not have been able to get the stain out but to not call to discuss - as they said they would - so I could’ve decided how to proceed is … well … disappointing. It’s the only word I can really use to describe my experience. I had never been to this place before and don’t know how they are with regular dry cleaning but will definitely never take leather there again. And won’t recommend for leather cleaning to friends.

I dropped off a fleecy sweater on a Friday, they told me it would be ready on the following Wednesday. I was notified on Monday that it was ready for me to pick up! There were a couple of spots that they effectively removed, it looks like new! Both young ladies who helped me (dropping off and picking up) were very friendly and professional. I will continue to use this location for my dry cleaning needs!

We have used Fashion Cleaners for years and their pick up and delivery service is a luxury and well run. Luq, is reachable by cell phone to adjust days as needed, will come back if I forget to put the bag out and is always eager to please in all laundry and dry cleaning processes . He always brings dog treats, is professional, happy and so easy to work with.

This cleaning service Is used by the Hilton on cass street where I was staying. I used the service and it's awful they obviously mixed my whites with dark items and dyed them completely. In the picture the top bralette is the shape and colour it was when handed in the bottom one was how they returned it. In addition to dying them they shrunk my bra and my trousers meaning they're ruined. I wouldn't trust the reviews AT ALL! Awful and still waiting to get compensated.

Fashion Cleaners gave me the worst service! This company treated me horribly! The Fashion Cleaner's Leavenworth Location Omaha Nebraska. They didn't follow my instructions even though I responded timely to their text message. It's worse than that. The manager actually tried to say because of the store tape he reviewed that I was somehow inappropriate! That's changing the narrative when Fashion Cleaner's knows that they were wrong! In my opinion this is a racist organization. I will never do business with Fashion Cleaner's again. Their customer service is selective at best.

When the only dry cleaner in Blair closed almost 20 years ago {the owners retired with no one to buy or take over the business}, I started using Fashion Cleaners. Then their delivery service expanded to the Blair area! I can not say enough good things about how awesome it is to set my dry cleaning out to have it picked up, cleaned and delivered the next week! Saves me so much time! They always do a great job and handle any special requests with no problem at all! Their customer service has been awesome!
