Great service! My clothes may not be in fashion but at least they're clean.

I can't write enough about how fantastic of a business this is. I work for a company that needed over 100 coats to be pressed and hung within 4 days. Every other dry cleaning service was quoting 3 weeks. Guess who got this done?? Fashion Cleaners not only came through on this rush, they did an amazing job, skipped on any rush fees and charged an affordable price. If you need this kind of work done (or whatever else you'd need), Fashion Cleaners is the way to go. I also would like to add a special shout out to Leah (sorry if I misspelled your name) for communicating every day from the day we called wanting to see if this could get done all the way to the finish line. She assured us this would get done, was great communicating timeline/production and kind as can be. Thank you!!

Could they make my life any easier?? Fashion Cleaners offers pick up and drop off, so I don’t have to do a thing but put my clothes in the bag. Leaving comments about special instructions and any stains is easy, and my clothes come back in tip, top shape! I highly recommend!

I dropped four sweaters and a coat off in a locker for cleaning. It was a bit of an experiment because their website didn’t say how long I’d have to wait to get them back, and it did not list prices. The locker process was was good. And fortunately, I got my clothes back within 2 days (I dropped them off on a Monday morning, and they were returned Wednesday morning). The confusing part was the price. Everything was marked “RUSH” even though I did not specify that this was a rush job. I didn’t even see that as an option. Three of the sweaters were over $22 each. One was $13, which seems a little closer to reasonable to me. The coat was $28, which seems OK for a heavy coat with a belt. I understand paying a little extra for the locker service, but it’s not clear what part of the fee was for the locker service. It’d be nice if their receipt broke down costs into cleaning service, locker fee, etc. it’s extremely convenient if you live in or around Midtown Crossing. Update: They never got back to me like their response said they would.

Returned here because I had taken shorts here to have buttons tightened and the price was reasonable. Had two shorts have minor holes repaired and dry cleaning them is standard. Total was three times what I paid prior. The manager eventually came over and said prices had increased and used Walmart as an analogy that they raise their prices but don't notify anyone. When I pointed out that Walmart list their prices, unlike here, he stated what the total was and walked away. The whole exchange to me was very "take it or leave it", flippant approach. Also took double the time as my prior trip to complete the alterations. Hope the extra money was worth it from their end because will not be returning. Sky high prices and poor customer service, no thanks.

Had two suit jackets dry cleaned. I’ve had repeated terrible experiences at other dry cleaners so I’m reluctant to use them at all, but this location was so clean, friendly, and affordable. They did a great job too. I’ll absolutely be back regularly now.

They did a professional cleaning process on a Silk Kimono presented to my grandmother, Mrs Vivian Nichols, from Madame Chiang Kai-shek. Wife of Emporer Chiang Kai -shec of China during WWII. The Kimono looks fabulous. I'm so glad I took it to Fashion Cleaners for restoration.

super overpriced and i got scammed : i just asked for a sewing (the employee told me that it will cost only 9 bucks). When i come back to get my jacket i had to pay 36 bucks because they clean my jacket but i didn’t ask for that ‼️‼️‼️

Fashion cleaners did a really good job cleaning my wool coat. I got my jacket a day late but the manager was nice enough to offer me some credit. I’ve never dry cleaned anything so I’m not sure what the average price is but I paid $35. Besides dry cleaning I also brought my favorite zip-up to get the zipper repaired. They also did a good job with that and the price was $13.
