I have huge anxiety. I run when I hear "dentist" if it weren't for the front desk man I would have run! He was so calm and soothing. The dentist was great. But he made my experience. Thank you.

was debating if to make a review or not. On 8.29.22 I went in and by far it has been one of my worst experiences. I called made my appointment was called back if I could make it in earlier i said yes came in at the time they asked. waited for about 10-15 min at the front desk since no would come up, I decided to call the number and it took two calls for them to come up front and notice I was there. After checking in i was asked to wait and it almost took an hour for me to go back. Basically my original scheduled time. As Dr. Swirczek came out and was ready for me she referred to me as a female and the front desk whispered "he" she then went aside and he corrected her that I was male and she laughed about it was no where near played off. Mind you I am transitioning I have long hair I had my eye brows done wit make up n mascara took me back and keep referring to me as he. I'm already feeling horrible the fact they laughed about it. Went thru got my tooth removed during that process she keep telling me I need you to open your mouth wider I did what I could she was hurting me but I was like ok it's part of the process it was over and I left . 4 days later I called just to see if it was normal to feel my tongue numb, parts of my jaw and I was in pain. They gave me another appointment for the following Monday it's been a week by then I told her what I was feeling and she went in with a sharp tool and said to let her know if I felt anything which I did and she went on and said it was normal that the needle hit a nerve and it would take about 6 months for it to go back to normal. After that appointment she made my tongue sensible with the pokes on my tongue it burns when brushing my teeth and toothpaste gets on it, when I rinse with mouth wash my tongue burns/stings any thing I eat and it has a spice my tongue is very sensible now I also have pain on the side where my tooth was removed. I feel discriminated by my gender and very disappointed on the work and the process it going to be to go back to normal. Her assistant 5 stars.. Dr. Swirczek and the front desk guy very very disappointed would not recommend this place even if it's an emergency like mine was. never again coming to this place what a shame

I was in desperate need of a tooth extraction I called about every dentist in Lincoln and they estimated that the extraction was going to be atleast $600 depending and the walk ins were to expensive many varied from $150-$250 which was crazy to me but I’ve been dealing with this pain for 5 months and yesterday I couldn’t bare with the pain anymore not even 800 MG were helping so I called this place and she scheduled me for 8 pm got there at 7:30 pm everyone greeted me and was very friendly I felt comfortable and turns out it was a wisdom tooth that was hollow and it was causing all the pain so the extraction was $450 which was cheaper than majority procedure did it take that long I was out of there by 8:05 pm. I just wanted to say thank y’all for being professional and understanding you guys don’t understand how much my day has been better. I was finally able to sleep peacefully I am truly grateful thank you.

Great staff kind, caring and professional. They sat me down explained my options and helped me make the best choice. My dentist noticed I was nervous so she kept a conversation going with me to distract me from the work they were performing.

Any of positive review posted here are definitely paid individuals or bots. This place is terrible! They pulled an abscessed tooth out so violently that the dentist hit me multiple times and caused bone spurs for months after. I overpaid them and it took five months, multiple calls, emails, a report to my insurance, my employer, the BBB, and the attorney general’s office before they refunded me and even then they did not acknowledge any of that. If I ever have tooth pain again I will wait it out over going to this awful office. ***ETA I know exactly where I went for services. My last name is not listed on my profile so no you would not be able to find me. However my review is 100% accurate and meant for this business.

Amazing staff whom always make sure your not in pain even when taking teeth out. I have been here many times for broken teeth or tooth pains i need taken care of as fast as possible and everytime they get me in same day and do the check and repairs rite then and there if you've ever had a proper tooth ache you know how big it is to be able to have it taken out with in a couple hours or less after you first call. i've walked in and gone from the initial check up strait to doing the work and walked out all with in an hour they are amazing

My appointment was for 1:00 pm and I was sitting in the dentist chair right around 1:00. Everyone was very professional and sympathetic to my situation. I was able to get treatment for my abscessed tooth to help me make it until my company provides me with dental insurance. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Absolute waste of time.all they wanna do is pull a tooth and not take the time to keep it in the mouth. Not to mention an extraction is 600$ on top of a 95$ walk in the door fee Was in and still am in excruciating pain. I had a filling come out and nerve is causing pain all over face,neck,jaw,back of head,and so much I have migraine. Have been taking Tylenol and ibuprofen to try and help. Use so much numbing agent. So I can’t afford and I told them this from the phone before I got there. They tell me “sorry take some ibuprofen for the pain”. My only other option was they suggested for me to go to a hospital rt if the pain is to great! I said this is the dental ER aren’t you capable. Hope the loose all businesss. Huge rip off!!!!!!!!

I was super nervous when I first got there and the front desk lady and the dental assistant were both absolutely amazing about reassuring that it was going to be alright. & answered every question I had. The dentist himself was great and kept asking if I was doing okay. (I was there for a wisdom tooth extraction) If could give this place 10 stars I would! Made the appointment yesterday and got right in this afternoon. Staff went above and beyond and were extremely professional!!

I was able to get in right away however I was rushed with the paperwork process. They didn't go over my medications. They would have seen I take 800 MG of Ibuprofen on a daily basis. I left, called back telling them I was in severe pain and was doing everything outlined in the discharge instructions. They said they do not prescribe anything stronger offered me a steroid pack. Still in severe pain. I wish they would have told me their policies and procedures regarding pain control. I am out of a lot of money and in severe pain now. My whole jaw has swollen and I have pain into my ear. I will not recommend their services.
