I got an appointment quickly and they did a good job. However no one would even start examining me until they had verified payment. Then they overcharged me $126. After 4 months, many calls and emails and being assured the refund is on the way, I still have not received a refund. Be warned they want your money but once they have that they are done with you.

Went on on a Friday afternoon and had a tooth pulled for around $500. I realize it's emergency care and expect to feel better in a day or two. By Monday I'm I. Worse pain than before and stop back in on I believe Wednesday to see why there is a jagged point sticking out of the hole. I'm told it's part of my jaw bone. I questioned why my jaw bone would have a tooth nerve attached and was told by two of the doctors that it would heal and it's perfectly normal. Fast forward to today and I still am in a tremendous amount of pain and am now going to have to see an oral surgeon to repair what was botched. Still in a lot of pain and taking a lot of otc pain pills. I should have just suffered until my normal dentist could see me.

I had a broken and abscessed tooth that needed extraction in an emergency situation. I was in need of being seen during evening hours, and the staff was able to get me seen within 30 minutes of my call. The whole extraction took less than 30 minutes, and I was pain free by the next morning!

Went in because I was having extreme tooth pain the visit itself isn’t the problem but the follow up I had instead. Doctor prescribed me some antibiotics and some pain medicine until the weekend is over until I can get in with my primary doctor. When I called asking a question about my antibiotics the front desk receptionist lady was extremely rude, to me kept cutting me off when I was trying to talk about my concern and not listening to a single word I was saying to her, and would not help me in the slightest. Then she proceeded to tell me that my questions would need to be forwarded to an assistant and I would be called back in a few business days… I didn’t get any help at all over the phone she didn’t listen to a single thing about the help I needed from my post visit questions.

I specifically asked if they take my insurance and they said they did. I get there and they told me that they are out of network. I wouldn’t have gone in the first place if I would have known. I get there and they tell me and I’m in so much pain I go ahead and pay the 100 dollars to be seen. They confirmed what I knew the tooth needed a root canal and is healthy enough not to pull. They come back with two options and it’s almost 5k for the root canal and 500 to pull it. I have an appointment Monday but felt I couldn’t wait but it looks like now I’ll be waiting. I wouldn’t ever go to this place!

I had decaying wisdom tooth that was causing alot of pain. Went in today and they were absolutely amazing! Starting from the reception, the nurse and the dentist, they made me feel comfortable explained everything to me and was able to remove the tooth as well did a cleaning. I would recommend!

My boyfriend was having severe tooth pain so we went in and used care credit to have two teeth pulled. It was almost $1,000.00 to have them pulled and they almost refused to pull them unless my boyfriend agreed to have others pulled that weren’t even causing pain. He had to be very blunt and forward with the dentist to have them pulled. After pulling they only stitched one of the gums and not the other and left shards of tooth on one of the sides pulled. We will absolutely never return or recommend. Just appalling. Better off paying out of pocket to a normal dentist office.

Best experience at a dental office possibly ever. Walked in with no appointment in a lot of pain. Got tooth pulled and out the door pain free in less then a hour. Excellent staff that makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Great experience. A++++
