Absolutely hands down the best. Staff from walking in the doors so respectful and very help as I had a emergency dental pain going on got me in with in a hour tooth out and on my way in matter of min. Will definitely be going back.

Nothing short of outstanding service from the minute I walked in. Dustin took care of everything and answered all questions, very detailed and organized. Set up the follow up appointment based solely on what would work for us. They take the time and the only focus was taking care of our needs. Stop looking give these folks an opportunity to serve you and you will not be disappointed.

FINAL UPDATE: I finally got a refund check for my overpayment. That was almost 5 months, calls and emails to them and multiple other agencies. Do not waste your time here! Another update: this week they were sent a letter from the attorney general. I have also continued to try and contact them but still received no reply. Update: I spoke with Dustin today and he advised me aside from calling a number no one answers and emailing an address that no one answers that I have no further recourse with them. I contacted the state dental board today and have been directed to the attorney general. If I could give zero stars I would. They extracted a tooth for me. I have had multiple bone spurs since then which were caused by the way they wrestled the tooth out of my mouth. I paid up front and when submitted to my insurance they confirmed an overpayment but still have no issued me a refund. I have called and emailed at the very least a dozen times and I get redirected or ignored. Thieves stealing my money! My next follow up will be to the state dental board. ***adding I emailed them with a picture of my review and their response and still nothing back from them. I have emailed them 29 times and called them at least that many. I have an email on 3/14/22 confirming my overpayment refund was being sent for processing but still nothing. They also ignore complaints made to the BBB. I’m waiting to hear back from the state dental board.

I worked at this company several months ago, back in September and I still have not been completely paid for my services after several attempts to reach out. Very unprofessional organisation.

Absolutely horrible experience. I wasn’t even treated! Despite having one of the best dental plans, they wanted me to pay 100% of fees at time of service - despite their contract they had me sign stating that patients pay at time of service OR have 30 days. This was not discussed in advance, any of the three conversations had before coming in. I asked how much to pay, they said $95 just to be seen which includes NO treatment then the rest would be added on. I agreed to pay the $95 and asked if they can bill my insurance the rest since that’s why I have it. I was very rudely told no and to borrow money from someone. I was told to apply for care credit and when I brought up the contract, “Holly” -who’s apparently the dentist, said “show me where it says that. When I did, her response was “well I don’t write the contract.” Aubrey at the front desk was too busy on her cell phone to do her job. Extremely disappointed as this is an emergency dental office and shouldn’t be used to take advantage of those in need. The customer service was terrible. Another family had to walk out for the same reason and when they left, Aubrey (reception) was making fun of her and laughing at her situation. Pathetic.

Amazing staff, they empathized with my hesitation to seek out dental work due to previous experiences and worked with me. 110% would recommend to others!

Both the dentist and the assistant were very helpful explained everything well, the procedure payment options and they were also very friendly. Totally recommend it!

For months I've been in pain because of a cracked tooth. I absolutely hate the dentist but decided it would be best to go in and get it pulled. I called this place and they got me in over a weekend which was extremely helpful to me because my husband would be there to help! As soon as we walked in the guy at the front was very nice and UPFRONT about ALL the prices before I even paid anything. The nurse who was there was very sweet and caring and made sure I understood everything that would happen. The dentist was so gentle and communicative. They kept saying the needle to numb it would be the worst part but he made sure I didn't feel a thing! Yes it was pricey but so is ANY other dentist you go to without dental insurance. But for anyone complaining about prices they made sure I knew exactly what I'd be paying once I came in! And it was no more than your regular dental office would charge you if you were cash paying! One day after my appointment I feel amazing no pain no swelling and it feels like I didn't even get a tooth pulled! Thank you so much Emergency Dental Care! Would definitely recommend to anyone with an emergency!

Great place and staff they were quick and easy. I had my tooth pulled out it was infected really bad they were honest that it need to come out when other dentist weren’t and tried to save it. Im glad i came to them first they immediately took care of my problem.

They were able to get me in the same day. They were clear with my choices, and payment options. They also gave me the option of continuing later, or finishing as far as possible that day. Add to that a dentist with a sense of humor, compassion, and conversation, and I can't help but recommend them if you need a dentist right now. I'm editing my comment because one thing was less than stellar. I was told that I was due a substantial credit in mid December, and that they usually mail them at the end of the month. Since the original visit was in November, the check should have been mailed November 30. Here it is January 10th, and several phone calls and emails later, I still don't have my refund. The guy in the local office has been helpful, but corporate has been non-responsive. Will I ever get my money back?
