Echo Pest Control

Staff that is answering phone calls are not professional what so ever, they are not even polite when the speak with you. I have been with them for couple years and when I realized they are not doing a great job, I called to stop my service and the lady on the phone was very rude. She said I have to do/pay for one more service before I can cancel based on my contract that was actually expired a year ago. I told her I don't want any of their technician step into my house and she still sent them. There are several other companies who can do better and would love to earn my business. My recommendation is to stay away from Echo Pest Control

They are wonderful to work with. Casey is our usual technician and he is always right on time, very respectful, and friendly. Their quarterly service is well worth it and I would highly recommend it to anybody.

My wife and I first contacted Echo last year for a single treatment for spiders and centipedes (which they successfully eliminated). During that visit we mentioned that we had a problem with tiny flies that had infested some of our potted indoor plants. The (very friendly) technician set up traps next to the plants to help catch them and sprayed a product down our kitchen sink drain to prevent them from breeding in there as well. We were so happy with their service during that single visit in 2017 that we decided to sign up for an annual contract this year. The gentlemen arrived on time for our appointment. One of them was a trainee, and we were impressed with instruction and feedback he was given by his trainer. They were both VERY courteous and immediately took off their shoes upon entering the house. They appeared to be very thorough while spraying and setting up glue traps inside the house and garage, and addressed the spots on the outside of the house where we spotted ant colonies. A great experience and I highly recommend them!

We love Echo Pest control. They are very affordable. Their whole house guarantee is the best and in the two years we’ve been customers we’ve only had to have them re-treat an ant issue once. The service technicians are prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous.

Have been using Echo Pest Control for a few years now and have had no complaints! Josh came by today and was very polite and courteous - every technician sent to us has been great! They address our concerns and have been good about following up if any issues arise! Highly recommend!

I had someone come to my door selling services. I had a handful of stink bugs at the time, but nothing to really worry about. But, I thought, what the heck, I may as well have them take care of those and then it would take care of what I was not able to see also...in case there was anything. They did their first treatment and when he was ready to leave I asked him if he had sprayed around the French doors.....he said he had not because there were 2 laundry baskets there and he could just do it on their next visit or if I saw anything, I could just call them out again.. I said "can you spray them right now then, I'm happy to move the baskets....which I did. He was standing right there and you would have thought I'd asked him to run around to the other side of the block to get him to raise his arm to spray the stuff! Before my next treatment, it seemed that the stink bugs were still around and they said if I saw any to have them come out which I did. During their next scheduled visit, I showed him a wasp nest and asked him if he could spray it. Instead of just spraying it, he looked at the best and told me he didn't need to spray it because if was not an active nest.....right as he said that, a wasp flew right into it!!! After they left, there were more stink bugs and also spider webs that they had said they would get rid of on their first visit. I saw spiders and more wasps. I'm not sure that they sprayed anything at my house....was their tank empty or just filled with water, I don't know. Echo called to schedule my next appointment, but I told them I was not interested in their services any longer. Since they didn't work at all and it was like pulling teeth to get their employees to spray an area that I knew needed to be treated. They told me they could send someone out again, but if they didn't know what they were doing the first time, they weren't going to magically get it! Since I signed up for their services during some special promotion, they demanded I pay them another $100 to get out of their contract which I am happy I did. We since called another company out once....no contract and the problem is gone. Think twice about signing up with this company. They are frauds.

Ben was our technician and he was courteous and efficient. He treated my whole house and really went the extra mile. Thank you once again; we will definitely be using this service in the future

Josh is an asset to Echo, He is greets you with a big smile and great attitude, Josh have great knowledge of his work when asked any questions. Thank you for taking care of our home 🏡 so we don’t have any unwelcoming visitors lol. Kudos Josh, The NG Family

Brett did a great job for our quarterly visit, regardless of the cold weather! He sprayed everything inside and out, and swept the eaves and soffits for spiders and wasps. An excellent job by an excellent young man who works for an excellent company!

Have had a great experience with Echo Pest Control thus far. Josh is a great tech and has addressed all of our concerns when we called for a few retreatments. Would recommend!
