Echo Pest Control

This company is outstanding, my family started using them a little over a year ago and our pest problems have been minimal. Reasonable pricing and very easy to work with. I definitely recommend them.

Pest control is simple. They treat what you need them to treat, come 4 times a year and follow up if needed. Done and done. In that regard, Echo is great. They are "as-advertised." Communication is another story. There are terms to contracts. I completely understand that. But when a customer feels they've fulfilled their contract, and been told by an employee that there is nothing else they need to do to either continue or discontinue service..that should be the end of it. Not a bill next quarter for services that won't be rendered. Any company that has zero gray area for cases where "he said, she said" is at play is not a company I will continue to do business with. Especially in a world where there are may others to choose from. It's not ok to admit there was miscommunication between your company and a customer, and still hold the customer accountable. Sometimes the customer is actually right.

Koy was very efficient in targeting all of he areas we needed attention for our pest control. He was timely in coming to the house and was polite in doing the extras that I asked to be done. We have used Echo Pest control for several years and have always been well satisfied and have recommend them to others.

We have used Echo Pest Control for several years now. Casey is typically our technician, and he is responsive, punctual, and answers all of our questions and concerns. We especially appreciate the staff's willingness to address specific concerns and their service and product is effective.

Echo is always great to respond and easy to schedule, even being an Omaha based company. The only issue we've ever had was then missing some wasps nests which had them coming back twice, but they did come back, in a timely manner, and resolved all the issues.

I've used Echo for a couple of years. Have always been happy with the service. No bugs inside. Great job sweeping under the eaves for spiders. Our house is an arachnid-free zone. Koy is very personable and professional.

Had a sales person come to my door and he was very pushy towards me. I said I was not interested and that we already had someone. He would not leave and said he would wait for me to call my husband. He even said he would wait for me to give him a blank check. He would not take no as answer. He even came back at 8:30 at night. He was extremely rude and kept rolling his eyes at me.

I’ve been really disappointed in echo pest. We asked them to help with a mole problem and they came out to set traps. First day they didn’t have enough traps and had to come back. They moved them around a few times and then the traps disappeared while they were “waiting to see if there is any more activity”. I’ve still got mole activity all over my yard. It was an expensive service and when I asked for a refund, even a partial refund, they completely refused and said “there is no guarantee with our services”. I haven’t run into a lack of customer service like that for many years. I am planning to take my business elsewhere. If you are considering this company, I would not recommend them.
