Cory came in and got right to work. He asked where I wanted him to treat. He took his shoes off, and was very nice. He did the whole house plus outside. He also made sure he didn't spray around our dogs bowls. It has really cut down on the spiders and bugs since they have been coming.

They have always been responsive to needs. They are flexible with scheduling. Casey is here today... he was prompt arriving and nice and respectful. I like the quarterly service so we dont even have to think about it.

We have had a bug service since we moved into our house with a wooded lot since 2003. We have had trouble with mice and voles until we hired ECHO pest control. Since then, no more mice and if/when voles have returned, they came out free of charge! Since they have released new chemicals, Echo uses them and that has eliminated our vole problems. Kind, respectful people. Friendly, take shoes off without being asked, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them!
