Dino's Storage

I have had a storage unit with Dino’s Papillion for 9 months. It’s always a clean, safe environment for myself and our staging team to spend days working. Kim is always pleasant and stops by to say hi if she’s sees us there. I usually see her chatting with people and love it when she has her pup with her as well! Overall great experience and I love the encouraging and inspiring quotes in the Dino’s sign.

Dinos Papillion initially comes off as a great place to trust with your belongings. After going through hard transitions in life such as job loss, divorce etc, I was unable to pay for my unit for a period of time. The late fees each month are more than the cost of my unit and add up significantly. They were unwilling to work with me whatsoever on remitting any fees back to me, and now I am out a significant amount of money that could’ve been used to better my situation. I understand it’s my own financial issue to bear, however it would’ve been nice to experience Genuine empathy to the situation. Not happy & will move.

From the very beginning Kim was so easy to work with. When we called in the evening, she told us we could come in the next day to see what was available. When I got there she showed me around all the available spots. She asked questions for what my needs were and what we were looking for. She was able to find us the perfect spot for us to park our equipment. The signing process was so smooth and Kim made it very easy for me. An amazing experience from start to finish! Highly recommend this storage unit for anyone looking!

Easy rental process. Convenient location. Clean, climate controlled, well-monitored.

They have this sign up and they live up to that expectation. I paid my bill May 4th, went May 10th was locked out had to call the next morning a manager to see what was going on. May 11th was told that there was glitch in the system and it had been posted but they forgot to unlock my code. So at night time I go to my unit and there's a lock on it, which I'm not able to unlock since its not mine. I have driven 2 nights in a row to have access to a storage unit that I paid May 4th and haven't had any success.

Amber was great, professional, courteous and accommodating. Moving is already difficult but she made this portion of it bearable with the specifications I needed.

Great storage company. Only needed to rent storage for a short time, 5 months, and found the facility very clean and orderly. The staff were most helpful as well. Price was great. I would highly recommend Dino's Storage to anyone for short or long-term storage needs. Thanks!

False advertising about the complimentary use of their box truck. Due to Dino’s policy changes regarding liability and property insurance coverage to use their box truck you can’t actually use it unless you are a business with business insurance drivers coverage. The company policy is not compatible with personal auto insurance and most, if not all, personal auto insurance companies are not willing to sign 3rd party forms. I’ll be terminating my unit as soon as possible.

MY KEY UNLOCKED MULTIPLE LOCKERS BY ACCIDENT ITEMS HERE ARE UNSAFE. I told them about this and they said I was lieing and showed no concern. I am sure if my key did this other people have the same ability as well. They charged me $50 for a lock cut and re lock fee. After “trying” to call the wrong phone number. I asked for a refund since they obviously my things were not secure in the first place and honestly they should be giving me a lock that was actually safe without charging me AGAIN! Their operations manager did not offer this and said he wasn’t trying to JEW ME but was not going to refund me. Don’t trust your items here.

I’ve had numerous climate controlled units of varying sizes here for over 5 years. Prices have gone up, but in general, it is very affordable. 24/7 access, generally good customer service, and accessibility to carts, freight size elevators, and their moving trucks for very little cost compared to Uhaul is a definite plus. Only complaint I have is if you run into an issue with your unit, such as them mistakenly putting a red disc lock on your unit for “non-payment” and you are there during hours where no one is in the office, there isn’t really anyone to contact for help. This only happened to me once in 2017 when i went to my unit on a Sunday evening. Had to wait til the next day to get them to remove the lock. I have not had any issues like this since.
