Kimberly was amazing!! She went above and beyond to take care of us! She made sure we got the storage space we needed for the best price available.

Dinos was perfect for what we were looking for. The climate controlled facility was awesome for our delicate items. Jeff was so kind and always helpful. We loved the use of the moving truck since we were doing 2 moves in a matter of a few months. Would definitely recommend this facility!

My husband and I have been extremely satisfied with Dino's Storage. Rates are reasonable, customer service is excellent and our stuff is safe in a clean, temperature-controlled environment. We especially appreciate Jeff's friendly customer service. So far, our entire experience with Dino's has made our family's "in-between transition time" much more bearable!

Terrible customer service. errors on their part about not having a move out form or it being filed correctly in their system caused us to be charged for extra month on our unit. Called and complained still have not had a refund. Also paid with Amex on recurring billing they have a different system for this card vs visa and forgot to remove this then was charged for another month on top of their other mistake. Still no return call or refund.

I would like to take this time to share my experience With the Dino’s in Papillion,Neb. Have been there for Several months and have always had a good experience with the property always clean and well maintained and if there is ever a problem you call and they always are very prompt on takeing care of the Issue. But I would like to go up and beyond my comment and say a few things about the Manager (KIM) she hasn’t been there long but I must say she Is always there takeing care of business and going Up and beyond the call of duty, always has a smile and VERY outgoing and willing to do what it takes to make sure the customer is happy with their unit and if there’s a problem she gets it resolved quickly and always makes sure the property is clean and well maintained 100 percent. She is a BLESSING to this Property and she takes a lot of pride and joy in the Position of Manager at this property. Kim Thank You for your Awesome Service to Dino’s in Papillion And for being their for Us and other Customers hope you will be with Dino’s for a very long time. Good help is hard to find but must say they found a good person Lots of Luck and Keep up the good work.

Diane was very helpful when I went in. I’m a current tenant and I wanted to downsize and Diane went above and beyond to help find something affordable for me. She even helped me move my heavy things out of my old storage to my new one, because I wasn’t able to do it myself! Thank you Diane for making it a great experience!

I've been renting a unit from them for nearly 4 months now and I can't complain. They had the best pricing, best security, and best 24hr access available in the area for similar size units both indoor and outdoor. I ended up going with the largest unit available upon their recommendation and I was able to fit all my stuff in it. They're my first and only choice for my extra storage needs.
