Tom was very helpful and found where the squirrels were getting in. He also secured a screen that day. I thought he assessed the situation quickly and was very competent at his job. I like that it is a live trap and he checked in. He is extremely knowledgeable and I feel very happy about contacting Critter Control.

Critter Control was able to send Tom on a weekend, which was important to us. Tom was extremely professional, knowledgeable, polite and helpful. He explained everything, gave us the choice to opt in or out of possible approaches. He worked expeditiously, but was not in a hurry to get out of our home. He truly wanted to make sure he addressed all of our concerns. We will definitely use Critter Control and Tom in the future.

Alex was great- friendly, skilled & professional. Ultimately had to cut a hole to get baby raccoons after exhausting alternatives and adjusted his schedule to come back when my wife heard them making noise! Cut to the ceiling was small (I was expecting a larger mess than was necessary) due to Alex being able to pinpoint where to cut to be able to reach in and grab the young ones! So relieved to gave them out!!! Thanks again Alex!!!

Thinking we had racoons in our attic, I made an appt with Critter Control and they were out on time and the day we scheduled. In fact, the Tom who helped us had a cancellation and called us to see if it would be okay to come early and if we were home. It worked out great! he did a thorough inspecition on the roof, in the crawl spaces and the attic, as well as inspected shingles and the chimney and even our basement. At the end of his hour or so inspection, Tom determined the noises that we were hearing to be bats, and put our minds at ease knowing it wasnt a family of racoons. He gave us a competitive quote for bat removal, and caulking and we will be contiuing these services in the spring. Critter Control is reliable, and professional. 5 stars all around.

Tom Mendicino did my annual inspection and did the work necessary to prevent mouse intrusions into my home. He was very friendly, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend him to everyone.

Tom was very courteous, professional, and friendly. He called me before the scheduled time to let me know that he was on the way. He arrived promptly and helped me with my pest problem. Not only did he help me resolve my issue in the most humane way possible, he also took the time to educate and show me other things I can do to mitigate the problem. I hope that I won't have to call him back again, but I know that he is going to be my first choice if I have any other pest problems. I cannot recommend him and this company enough!

WARNING! CAUTION! ALERT! BEWARE! Any prospective customer needing assistance in their homes may want to find an alternative company to Critter Control. My wife and I had them out in October of 2019 to remove a bat and its droppings from the attic of a home we'd just purchased. We paid close to $250 for the initial assessment, and another $700 for the eradication of the bat, placement of equipment to prevent a bat from re-entering, and the removal of the guano. They performed the bat removal and installed the preventative equipment at that time and explained to us that it was too hot to go back into the attic and clean the bat droppings on that visit, so they'd be back out in the Spring to finish up the job which we'd already paid nearly $1000 for. Fair enough... We didn't hear back from them in the Spring, and at some point we remembered that they hadn't finished the job we'd already paid for, so we contacted them to come back out and finalize the service by doing our attic cleanout. Nearly a year after the initial appointment, in September of 2020, they finally came out and finished the work. To our surprise, we received an invoice for an additional $525 for the 25 minutes worth of attic vacuuming their tech did! We'd already paid in full... $1000! And now we're expected to pay at a rate of over $1000 an hour for the clean-up??! An additional $525 for 25 minutes of labor? And we were both certain we'd already paid? Super Shady... I've owned a small business for 30 years myself, my wife is an elementary school principal, and we take negative ratings seriously. I prefer to move on and keep my opinions close to the vest in most scenarios. We went ahead and paid the exorbitant costs, as they claimed the clean out portion wasn't included in the original $1000 quote, but not every family can afford to blow money on unscrupulous businesses, so I chose to get my money's worth by warning the next family to steer clear, if you can find an alternative. Their friendliness was decent. The tech they sent out was a nice young man. But they didn't finish the job initially, didn't follow up in a timely fashion, overcharged us for the service, and charged us redundantly. Pretty sure there's a less expensive, more honorable alternative in our area. Do yourself a favor and go that route...

Tom provided prompt and professional services in a friendly and customer focused manner. He removed two raccoons from our property. The raccoons had taken residence in our attic. Our home is an older three story and Tom did not hesitate to climb to the roof overhang to place traps and secure the holes once the raccoons were caught. If we need further critter service I would most definitely call Critter control and request Tom.

Verified my issue, let me know what I was dealing with, (raccoons) and presented a good solution as well as telling me what they do for clean up, how they work and time frames.” I felt like he gave me some good information and options instead of upselling me into bankruptcy. I am very pleased with Tom and this company, and will definitely use them again should a need arise.
