Critter Control came recommended by another company that could not perform the service I needed. When I called, they could not only perform the service, but could also prevent it from ever happening again. They would have fixed the problem the same day but special equipment so they came out the next day and took care of everything beyond what I could have asked for. The specialized preventative measure they built for my problem is very high quality and will not cause damage to my house and is not an eyesore. One the service was complete, Gary called me to let me know what he did and that he was done and let me know what follow up from his company was coming. Great people, Great service, Great product, overall Great experience. It is extremely rare that you find a company that can provide such a good experience from beginning to end. I want to thank everyone that helped me from my first phone call to the removal of the critters and the installation of the prevention. I will definitely recommend you and your company!

We had some birds that were living behind the stone on front of our house. They were repeatedly returning to the same spot so we needed to fix the problem while being humane to the birds. Tom was detailed in his plan to fix the issue and took care of everything on the first visit. Job very well done!

This was our first experience with Critter Control. Tom M was very good at explaining to us what needed to be done to take care of our critter problem. His dedication and knowledge were evident. He was easy to contact and always responded quickly whenever we needed to communicate with him. Alphonso R., Tom's assistant, made a return trip when we had an issue with odors in the attic. He arrived within an hour of our phone call, explained what he needed to do and very efficiently took care of the problem. We would recommend Critter Control, Tom M and Alphonso R. to anyone who has critter problems.

Tom was very informative and professional. He did a great job in educating me in the critter issues of our house by explaining all the options. He was very mindful in asking about standing on our washer and took his shoes off as well. He took great picture to show you the areas that need to be sealed up and detailed other preventive services as well without being pushy. I appreciated that everything he covered with me he then also e-mailed my husband with all the details as well. Prices I believe are very reasonable too. I would highly recommend Tom to all my family and friends.

Had a racoon got into our roof and had babies after all the home remedies didn't work we called Alex showed early and briefed us and set up the trap .But to our surprise she left and took her babies with her the night before we think it had to do with the remodeling that was being done in the house and all the noise . Alex was excellent very professional and great to work with. I would recommend him every time

Tom was very professional. He explained the procedures required to rid our house of the bats in the attic. I was thrilled to have someone who knew how/had experience in the solving our problem. Cleaning up after bats is a very dirty job. Only Tom and Mike Rower would do it.

They don't know what they're doing. Inexplicably removed the trap one day for no logical reason before they took care of the squirrel problem as clearly shown in this photo. Didn't even patch the hole. Now they're are into my attic. Save your money for someone with skill. Now I have to pay another business to fix Critter Control's incompetence, and find a way to fix my attic.

The guy they sent to help me, Zach, is an actual real life racoon whisperer. The raccoons in my crawl space have been outsmarting me for a LONG time. But they couldn't outsmart Zach. I'm very grateful for his expertise. Plus, he's just a real nice guy.
