Critter Control employee Tom M. was very professional, thorough, careful, and reassuring about our home inspection and mitigation work following a bat bite inside our home. Tom's work was great! We are extremely glad that he was on the job for us. Thank you, Tom and Critter Control. Because of Tom's excellent work, we are now signing up for regular Critter Control home inspections to prevent any problems in the future.

My goodness. I had a problem scenario. A raccoon that was trap shy in my attic. It would not come out through the hole that seemed to be its entry point. One company quit, not being able to solve the problem. Critter Control was my second call. I wish they were my first. They were very patient with all my questions. No hesitation about having to do ugly disposal of dead carcasses (mama died from unknown causes). CC was Quick to clean up and help secure the home against future intrusions. I was aware that this could have meant a lot of additional work but I found it easy to be confident, based upon their open communications. Over the phone, they gave me all the answers and assurances to show me they were a quality service. The fact that they did not need to set a trap, or extract live raccoons, does not reduce my confidence in their handling that equally well.

Tom was very knowledgeable, helpful, on time, and explained his scope of work. I would recommend Critter Control if the need arises.

Alex was great taking care of my bat problem. He even came back months later to assure me there were no more bats! He was professional and eager to help.

Tom was wonderful. Very patient, thorough and informative. The company charges $229 PLUS TAX (pretty expensive) but I loved working with Tom. He was amazing.

I had bats in my ceiling for months and they were gone in 2 days after Gary took care of it. He also helped me get rid of moles in my yard. Gary also went above and beyond and made sure some loose shingles were fixed while he was up there for the bats. He was great to work with!

Tom has been great to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable in all forms of wild life. He communicates with the client an I appreciate everything he as done. I would recommend Tom for all customers.

Alex came to my house and completed a general assessment of my home and why there might be mice entering the attic space. He was responsive, incredibly fair and wanted to come up with a solution that addressed the root cause of the problem. I followed through with both of his suggestions, caulking the exterior of the home and setting up four bait stations outside and since then I have not had any mice. 10/10 would recommend Alex and Critter Control to a friend.

We are very pleased with the results and attention to detail from Tom. He is very professional, polite and takes the time to explain the entire process from beginning to end. Today we had a team of Tom, Alex and Gary out for the final clean up and all of them were great to work with and took great care of our home. Alex came to our home to remove a bird's nest from our gutters. He was extremely friendly, both on the phone and in person, and arrived when he said he would. Alex did a thorough job, checking all of the gutters on our home to make sure that there were no additional nests, and applying repellant to deter future nesting. He even wiped bird poop from a window and siding while he was on the roof! Alex also took the time to answer questions, and was clearly knowledgeable. We would use Critter Control again (although hope we don't need to!).
