Great place to leave your dog when they can't be left at home. They offer live webcams on their site so you can even check in on your pet.

We have been customers at Cottonwood and have been happy until recently. Our recent experience was disappointing and definitely our last. It has become apparent that Cottonwood does not care for its customer's pets as much as they claim to. My dog, which has up-to-date vaccinations, contracted a severe case of kennel cough, which nearly cost him his life. After his costly visit to our vet (who let us know that several cases of kennel cough were reported by his patients who also used Cottonwood in recent weeks) I called Cottonwood to report his diagnosis. The receptionist gave no apology and was quite rude. As previously stated, we will no longer use this kennel as the life and heath of our pet means a great deal to us. We woud encourage others to take a close look at this kennel as much seems to have changed in recent months.

I used to work there wish I was still working there. The trainer is awesome. She did amazing job with my big guy. Nancy The groomer is the best. I've seen here work with some sketchy babies and still did an amazing job.

We've always had a great experience at Cottonwood, both with boarding and grooming. Sophie always looks and smells great when she comes home!

Would rate lower if possible. Incredibly unprofessional and rude. The woman at the front desk hung up twice during the period of two days trying to get a hold of them to check up on the dogs. Called during the day both times and couldn't get a hold of anyone to talk to either. The woman who I talked to after with short blonde hair was incredibly rude and lacked any customer service. Would never recommend to anyone. Will never take my dog there again.

We have had our dog stay there now 2xs and we (and he) love the way he is treated from the moment we walk thru the door till the time we leave. All the people there are the best. We will continue to use them for the care of our dog. Thanks for the great care you give our little guy. See you again!!

Terrible place. Our dog was lethargic and smelled like he layed in urine for a week. I would never take my dog there again. RESPONSE TO OWNER: Bodie stayed at Cottowood June 8-13, 2017. He was so dazed when he was brought out he didn’t even know us. Have you ever seen a Wheaten terrier that didn’t greet his owners and everyone else in sight?? I watched your play area from Colorado to Omaha. He was never out. The way he smelled I highly doubt if he ever got out of that kennel the entire 6 days. We were devastated that we left him in your care.

Great facilities and awesome personality from the staff. They appear to really like what they do and are efficient at it. Most importantly treated the fur kids with care!

For all animal lovers: we boarded our 1-year old golden retriever puppy for three weeks in their Estate Suites, which is the "VIP" option at the resort. We specifically requested that he be walked and receive one-on-one playtime every week; however, when we picked him up, he wasn't the same dog. His fur, which is usually long and soft, was matted to the point where we now have to cut and shave him. In addition, there were bruises on the elbows of his forelegs and hair had fallen off those areas. This kind of treatment is frankly unacceptable. We've boarded our puppy at this same kennel before for a shorter amount of time, and this has never happened. We sent our dog in believing he would be well taken care of, but clearly that wasn't the case. Needless to say, he won't be staying here again. Hope this helps other concerned pet owners that want the best for their animals.
