Yes to mostly everything here foodwise! Don’t miss the chicken noodle soup while it’s in season! It’s good.. so is their tortilla soup. Great customer service too!

They did a free chicken sandwich today. No other stipulation side from showing up and asking for it. Service is amazing as is standard from chic fil a. I had it with the sauce and it makes a big difference in their chicken burger. All chic fil a have their own parking lot so parking isn't an issue. It's located in a larger parking lot area with more shops so there really isn't an issue.

Mt fries were soggy and cold during the lunch rush... Which was weird. My nuggets were tepid at best. However the drive thru staff were wonderful! They had smiles and were a joy!

I havent been here in a very long time. I decided to go back a couple of weeks ago and I wasnt dissapointed. I ordered the 30 piece nuggets and large waffle fry. Food was very good. The drive thru was busy as usual but I was only there for literally 7 mins. With the volume of customers they have at peak lunch hour that's very impressive drive thru Time.

We love our local Chick-fil-A in Papillion, NE. The staff is always great & go above & beyond to help their customers including walking the seating area to check on customers, keeping it constantly clean, and refilling drinks. Our food is always fresh & delivered right to our tables. Always a great experience.

The staff working drive thru this evening didn’t offer good customer service at all. After ordering a shake a fries my tab was closed and was told it would be ready at the window when I still hadn’t finished. I ordered a number 3 the 8 count meal with a large dr. P and when I got my food only received the nuggets and drink never the fry. Then reaching the window employee were dry until a wire hit my car and the girl taking my payment laughed at my concern. I don’t know who served me or if I was charged for the fries for I didn’t receive a receipt.

this chick fil a is amazing! One staff member in particular was extra helpful and extra handsome! Austin is the best and is always greeting me with a warm smile! he is a great leader and leads an amazing staff. best food ever!

I would say that most of the time our orders are correct and we get everything we asked for (one time my husband asked for 3 or 4 chick-fil-A sauces and they gave us 34 without question because that's what they thought we aske for!) All of the employees are pleasant and friendly. My daughter loves the chicken minis in the morning. I used to love the breakfast burrito but they took away the onions and peppers so it's just not very tasty any more.

This place is immaculate, the team is patient and kind with everyone. I have my mom in a wheel chair and love the ease of dining there. Plus very good food and fast. Pretty near perfect dining experience. And THANK YOU for the delicious brownies. Loved the girl who took such good care off us. Dark hair and covered the front tables.

I’ve been to this Chick-Fil-A a dozen times or so by now and it’s never let me down! The food and service is always fast, courteous, and kind. Drive through and dine in are second to none and I’ve always been impressed with the service I’ve received from Caleb! I could not recommend him or this Chick-Fil-A any higher!
