This was my first time in a Chick-fil-A drive-thru. I was very impressed on the speed at which my order was taken and received. The staff were pleasant as usual. Despite the crazy long lines here things move quickly.

Prices are high, fries were soggy. This is the second time I've been there, and they just don't cook the fries properly. They got the order wrong, it was supposed to be chicken nuggets and they gave a sandwich instead which was much higher priced. We didn't realize the mistake until after we were home. I don't really recommend it.

After about a dozen visits, they’ve gotten about 1 in 3 orders right—forgetting items on the order, wrong items on order, or missing ingredients on the sandwiches.

Chic fil a is one of my favorites, however, on our last visit our orders got switched with a different vehicle. I think there was confusion about the size and color of our car and we were given someone else's order and didn't realize until we got home. But usually chick fil a does good.

They gave me my order for Free, it's my Birthday, I L♡VE chikifila ♡ and it's SoooOooo yummy good, thank God for chikifila ♡-Jan.30th 2018........../ And many months later, they STILL ROCK!😃 I LOVE MY CHIKIFILA!!!!!! clean friendly, always ready to help me( the morning crew) ALWAYS THE BEST!!! >store in papillion 🤗🤩I love you guys!♡

I have never had to wait in line so long. It was 3:30pm found it really strange.
