So I ordered $23 worth of breakfast and I asked for salsa and honey with my order neither did I get them but the lacking Ness of the bowl I ordered is just plain ridiculous

I love Chick-fi-A but the last 2 weeks my order has not been right. I ordered a sausage breakfast Burrito meal with no cheese and extra egg the first time they gave me chicken instead of sausage and with cheese . Today I ordered the same thing sausage breakfast burrito with extra egg and no cheese, well today I got a sausage and hash brown burrito. I'm not very happy.....

Always super friendly, never had an order that was messed up here and that's saying a lot with fast food restaurants these days. Even when their line is super long they always seem to get through it quick. They were super efficient last summer when they had kids out taking orders before the order screens. The mac n cheese is so good for fast food mac n cheese. Love their sweet tea! And waffle fries are the best with chick-fil-A sauce! Also try their southwest chicken salad with avocado ranch, it's a nice and light meal with a good kick!

Mr Norton, What a bummer😢 to have had this experience in your 🐔 Chick-fil-A restaurant on Thursday 11/18/2021 at lunch 🍽 . … it was sad how difficult your shift manager Laura was with a menu request. She told me to write you about my experience! I ordered some 🍟 and ordered them well done! I have asked for them to be well done in multiple Chick-fil-A‘s! The cashier answered very quickly “We don’t do that”. She was rude in her response so I was impatient back to her. She was like we don’t have a key for it. Which I know as a region you decided not to do well done fries…your employees said we never did this. I thought as I always order 🍟 I had ordered them at your location a few months ago! Then Laura🥶 jumped in…I believe your employees should have initially just told me that your location doesn’t do well done fries. Instead Laura initiated a 😳staring contest (believing she was defending her staff) which she was really good at! 🏆 I mean she was a 5 ⭐️ competitor, she is one of true gritt! I do believe the act of “the contest” was an act of 🙄immaturity🤡 on her part! Yes, I was impatient😡 and rude with the women at the register, for that I apologize! Laura then reacted by saying do you want to see my register -“we don't have a key for well done.” she proceeded to shake the register. She was very imbalanced in that moment. I wish I would of filmed it! The older gentleman 😔 behind the counter who is a manager just stared at me. In previous visits he really doesn’t look at you in the eye as a customer. He might’ve of been uncomfortable at that moment by the way Laura was😠acting or maybe the way I was telling Laura to walk away. I could of acted better in my response to the initial response of being told no well done fries. I do hope you address your manager Laura and her actions towards me. It’s obvious now how you struggle keeping staff with a managerial🤯🥵 attitude like Laura’s! Please congratulate her on her win! Josh we left your Chick-fil-A and had great 🐓 at Raising Cane’s, Bellevue with a 5 ⭐️ employee William who helped us! They do serve well done 🍟! He also didn’t want to have a 👁 👁 contest with me! 🙃😉

They forgot ALL of the sauces. My husband even asked if they put them in the bag and the kid said yes, then we get home and there’s no sauces. Now our kids are grouchy and food will be cold by the time we drive back to get the sauces. For our inconvenience they will give us two shakes, when there were 4 adult meals ordered. They should refund the entire order and make fresh food. I guess we have to check the bags ourselves in the drive through, because the employees can’t make sure the order is complete and everything is in the bags. I advise everyone to take an extra 1-2 minutes in the drive through to go through your bags before you pull away from the window even if the employee says it’s all in the bag. Waste of our time, gas, money and stress of having to deal with hungry grouchy kids that now have to eat cold food 30 minutes later. Once again this location has been a disappointment. They can’t even get an order right. When I try to call the store the phone just hangs up on you. This is becoming a joke. Third time through and order is wrong again, also asked if sauces were in bag and they said yes and there were three when I ordered as stated on receipt 6. No lettuce on sand which as ordered as well. I’ve given this place more chances than it deserves. I guess Cane’s is going to be out new chicken place. I can’t believe this!

Disappointed to say the least I did a Uber order (great experience with Uber) but I added bacon to my sandwich which is a dollar something extra and the sandwich didn’t even have the bacon on it. I’m stuff at home working and couldn’t even go to the store to have it corrected. And I’m not putting this on Uber eats because it is not the drivers job to stick his hands in my food to make sure that it’s not missing items it is the employees working there job to make sure that the orders are correct before they go out. I mean the box has a sticker on it that says bacon and the sandwich does not have it, tell me how that works.
